Loved Pretty much everything. It was clean, it had a well equiped kitchen, and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Shower did not drain well. Formed a standing pool within 15 seconds. I was told that all the pillows were feather pillows and I am allergic to feather pillows.

It was clean, employees were nice, and it was around a lot of different restaurants/shopping areas.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the beds were so small. When I booked it, I thought the rooms had queen beds. So, sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Other than that I don’t have any other complaints. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was close to Children's Mercy Park, and I liked that we had a fridge, microwave, etc. The room was spacious. Staff was very friendly. We didn't partake in a lot of the amenities since we were only there one night, but we noticed there was free laundry and a nice gym.

The room smelled musty and everything felt damp. We've only every experienced this in an oceanside hotel?? It was very weird.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and fresh. Very comfortable and low noise kevel.

The hotel is dated now and could use some updating in the lobby and hallways.

The plumbing in our room pertaining to the sink and bathtub was subpar… they were clogged so water puddled easily/quickly.

I was told to pay a certain amount when I arrived but was charged something different. I was very clear when booking so there shouldn't be any discrepancy.

My reservation confirmation indicates a total $158 tax included. I was charged $194. I mentioned it to the clerk at checkout and he assured me that I would be refunded within 48 hours, it's been 5 days and I have yet to be refunded.

Location was great. Nice shopping area. Great choices for eating. Quite. Friendly. No breakfast served as it was extended stay, but able to buy breakfast sandwiches which was great to eat in room.

The breakfast part until we understood getting our own and fixing our own in the room.
