It is very nice, comfortable, and everything is very clean. It is a good place for families with small children. The good thing is that after checking out, you can stay in the pool until it closes. Checking in and out was easy. The staff was very friendly.

Everything you have to buy extra is very expensive. Two ice creams cost $15. The food is very expensive, and you also have to pay for breakfast. That is, it's not included. Parking costs $15 per car. It's a very, very expensive stay.

Weekday discount and less crowd, so kids were able to do more.

Our door wouldn't shut all the way if it wasn't fully open to shut on its own. Saw some cockroaches in the pool area each time we weer there. Also our sink in the main area of our room was backed up. Also didn't know about the $15/ night parking fee until we arrived. We've been here before and never had that. Figured that's included in the price.

The resort is very kid-friendly. The room was spacious, and there were multiple activities available on the premises. We also like how you're able to enjoy the waterpark all day on check-in and check-out days even if your room isn't ready. After we checked out, we enjoyed the waterpark and premises the rest of the day. The registration staff was very kind, friendly, professional, and relatable. They checked on us periodically throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

Some of the products and services were pretty pricey. The food service staff can act with a little more urgency and professionalism. I remember waiting for our pizza, and the staff was standing around talking while my pizza was in the back, ready to be brought out. The staff in the ice cream shop did not greet people upon entrance or provide acknowledgment. They serviced one customer at a time but at a slow pace, which caused a long wait.

I totally loved the service and how I could text and ask for help. I also loved how clean everything was. The indoor water park was awesome!! The kids had a blast! The Breakfast buffet was like a breakfast Heaven.

It was a little pricey for us. I hope we can go back but it was a bit much. I was also a little shocked we had to pay for parking. Especially in Kansas.

Had an awesome time. Every member of the staff smiled and greeted me. The bed was extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed the water park. Being a single adult, I was worried about going there, but definitely felt welcomed by everyone. Appreciated the adults only hot tub. Ordered a pizza and ate it on the patio. I'm definitely going to stay there again.

Loved the events they do, the fact you can just stay at the lodge and not leave if wanted, and every staff member is super nice and helpful, and the beds were comfortable.

There really wasn't a swimming area. I am hoping that the outdoor facilities are more adult friendly. Next visit...we'll see.

Money trap, as much as you pay to stay everything cost extra. There should be more things included with stay

The kids enjoyed the water park it was their first visit. The water park wasn't crowded.

I didn't like the fact my room was handicap room. I'm not handicap and you can only watch TV sitting on the bed. I did have 2 little children (2 yr, 4yr) with me.

Food and drinks a bit pricey. Especially the children's breakfast buffet. $9.00 for our 4 year old to eat cold cereal and no milk in the machine.
