Asked for a quiet room and got one on the 4th (top) floor. Hotel is not near a freeway and was very quiet overall. Wifi worked great. Loved that the table was easy to move and worked for dining or as a desk. Everything was clean. Dog biscuits by front door and lots grassy areas around parking lot.

Coffee wasn't good. Options for GF breakfast limited. They did have GF muffins, but they were not labeled and were in with the regular pastries, so not safe for celiacs like me. Kitchen looks functional, but isn't really meant for cooking. Had just one dull knife and one pan with the nonstick coating half-scratched off. Asked for a new pan - they brought me a lightly less scratched one.

We appreciated the help of the staff in checking in during a blizzard, and in deciding quite late to extend our stay due to road conditions. The staff were sympathetic and helpful. They made the common breakfast area available to guests who were snowed in and looking to get a little more space. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was warm, the fitness room was clean and well set up. When it was time to go, they were plowing the lot, and a man was out there shoveling out the cars specifically. That's definitely above and beyond.

Once receiving our statement there were charges I wasn't aware of. Example: Parking, Rm. Occupancy Tax, Misc. Sales Tax, Rm, State Tax and Guess Rm Tax. I realize all these taxes are to be paid but was not aware of the titles, I was quoted a total $1,091.90 for two people which included TAX and my bill was $1113.38. I have stayed at this Hotel on several occasions and used Booking.com and my total always match. I do love this Hotel and I only gave a decent rating because of the billing statement.

Our suite was very nice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed, right down to pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There was even a full sized refrigerator. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

The continental breakfast area was not kept clean. Food and coffee were spilled all over the serving areas each morning. The condiment containers were empty. I had to step into the prep room to find an attendant to ask for syrup. She was quite put out that I interrupted her while she was texting. We spoke to management about it. She said she would address the issue right away.

For family's staying near the Legends area of Kansas city, this location is amazing for the proximity to everything. We attended a Sporting KC game which was 2 mins away. There's a Walmart and Sam's Club 30 secs away as well and of course the outlet shopping mall with restaurants is nice. There are more restaurants around the hotel within 5 mins or less drive that don't show up on the maps. Having a basketball court onsite with balls you can check out was a first for us but our boys really enjoyed it. The breakfast we great but you have to arrive no later than 8:45 or you'll likely not have a lot of variety to choose from. It starts at 6:30. The primary purpose of our trip was to see Sporting KC and then spent the next day at Oceans of Fun waterpark. It's about 25 mins drive from Oceans of Fun but we chose to stay here instead of closer to the waterpark because of the variety of things to do.

The beds are just "okay" as compared to other properties I've stayed at.

The large spacious room. It was fairly quiet, had a few noises of children in hallway, but that can happen anywhere you stay.

Found that the pool was closed after checking in. The booking site said check-in was at 3pm but, the hotel has it as 4pm. The staff did do their best and got us booked in around 2:30. Very satisfied with their consideration.

Excellent area, close to restaurants and/fast food, Walmart Target and other shopping places, without the congestion. Nice park close by. The new speedway was another attraction.

The room was very clean, and the amount of space was big enough for my family of six. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was okay, I don't think the employee that was in charge of making sure breakfast was being filled was doing her job. Lots of things were out.

Loved the location..bed was huge, shower was clean and big. Loved we had a full fridge. Also loved the ceiling fan.

We had a family above us, with I'm assuming small kidos. Running around. Wished we could of gotten top floor. The tables for breakfast are a little wobbly so becareful with drinks. Also it's only CC or Charge to room.

Hotel felt clean. Room was spacious, nice kitchen. Solid gym with Peloton

Both Tesla Chargers were broken (reason I chose this property). There was 1 normal charger that someone took off of my car at night. Pool closed early. Peloton was a lot harder to do than mine at home and sound wasn't great.
