It was very clean and check in was easy

The room was good. Jacuzzi tub in my room was awesome!

The breakfast was okay. The juice machine was not working and the employee could not get the boxes of juice in the way they were supposed to be. The refrigerator that has the cold items in the breakfast area was not cold at all so I didn't have anything from there. The pool was closed.

Just the fact that it was offered each day and there was a variety and most of it was fresh.

Better adjustment or controls of the room temperature.

It was close to everything that I was there for…

I had to keep getting my key reprogrammed several times… but other than that everything was great…

Room was spacious and clean. Check in staff was amazing.

Bathroom shower grout was gross. Needs to be scraped out and replaced. Also when cleaning the jet tubs make sure that your housekeeping staff is filling them above the jets and running them with bleach while they are cleaning the rest of the room. And clean it last to throughly clean the jet tubs. The morning staff was more worried about checking her phone in the breakfast prep area where she had it charging than waiting on customers that was checking out .

The room was wonderful for the most part. Comfy bed, like a lil house away from home

Floor was a little dirty and the tub needed to be cleaned out but great stay

Continental breakfast need to be better as in serving sausage all the time. Bacon and country ham would be great too.

The room was exceptional, as was the staff. The facilities appear to be aging but fairly well-maintained.

There's no pool or hot tub, as advertised. All night we were hearing water running in the bathroom but when we would go look there was no water running. May be a pipe leak somewhere nearby?

The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very very friendly.

The parking was kind of tricky but not sure anything can be done about that. Our bathroom door only opened halfway. Had to work around that.

it was clean the staff was outstanding,my neighbors,was the neighbors from hell .They had 2 big dogs, I almost get attacked in the hallway by pitbull. They had their tv sound on maximum , until 2:00am in the morning , worse stay every 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
