Nice workout facility and pool.

Room temps were uncomfortably warm. I like to sleep in very cool temps and between 4 rooms that we booked as a group, none of us could get out room temps low enough to have a comfortable night sleep. Also, we had a block of 4 rooms and check in for one of the rooms took over 45 minutes. They said it was still being cleaned and would be ready in 5 minutes. Check in time said 4:00 and we arrived at 4:15. When we finally got the key not compensation was offered even though we had just heard that being offered to a gentleman who also had to wait for a key. His wait was about 10 minutes.

Beautiful & easy for handicap

We were first told we were not allowed to park in handicapped parking at front door, which would have been easier for my husband. Then an employee told us we could! We came back to hotel late one night & there was an expensive sports car parked inbetween the handicapped spaces & part of the only handicap space available at door. It was parked too much in space to be able to use it for my husband/walker. The car did not have a handicapped sign. We had to park in parking garage, so lots of walking for John. I did tell front desk of the illegal & inappropriate parking & she said she would take care of it.

The stay was great, the room was absolutely fabulous, drinks were great, breakfast was great… The only thing really I would complain about is the charge for parking, when really all you do is drive to another parking lot and it’s not a secure parking lot even. And having to pay for Wi-Fi. We included breakfast with our room fee, otherwise I feel like for what you got at breakfast it should be included in the price and not an extra charge. Everything else was amazing! Rooms were so clean and comfortable.

Cost of hotel was extreme for the conditions. Because I had to be there that’s where I stayed! Needed to stay an extra night but drove home extremely tired.

The price. It seemed like everyday it changed and took advantage of having to do business with convention center. Because we stayed we had to pay extra for a car. Really??????? And no free WiFi ? Really price gouging.

The staff was amazing. Every single person we dealt with was so exceptionally nice and accommodating. From check-in, to dinner at the bar, to breakfast. Every staff member was so professional. We were always acknowledged when we walked in, even if they couldn't get to us right away. And they did the same to other guests when we were being waited on. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I thought it might be. Would love to have had a small fenced in area for the dogs to potty. That's just my personal request because we have a shelter dog that has issues with being on a leash. It took forever to get her to go potty outside. Still, overall, the experience was fantastic.

Pristine room & bathroom, as well as the entire hotel. It was connected to the Convention Center where my 15 year old granddaughter participated in a dance competition, which was uber convenient! We stayed here last April for the dance competition & it is still our favorite hotel!

The hotel restaurant states it is open til 11pm on Saturday night & when we went down to order food for our 15 year old granddaughter, who had just woke up after being exhausted from competing in the dance competition, at 10pm, we were told the kitchen was closed. If the hours for the restaurant state that they are open til 11pm, they should serve food until 11pm. She was very disappointed. There is no microwave in the room.

The staff were beyond excellent…extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly, and I mean ALL levels of staff — housekeeping, breakfast staff, waitstaff in the bar, front desk staff, and wonderful general manager.

It was a nice and friendly place. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again an recommend it to others.

THE ELEVATORS. of the 4 main elevators, only 2 worked. There was the Kinfigure convention and show and the were so many people needing to be places and it was at a standstill. I had to pass 5 times before on the 6th, I begged them to just let me squeeze in. I waited 25 minutes to go down 6 floors.

Breakfast was great, pretty expensive. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We went to a base ball game :) I did use your work out room. The water station in the work out room was nice as well as the cool towls.

Your pillows are awful. Way to soft - no structure at all.

The pet surcharge was a complete surprise and a lot of money, $50. Was not aware there would be a charge.The website says Pet Friendly, but I did not see any mention of surcharge. Likely would keep us from staying here again.
