Loved the room space. Loved the breakfast! Loved the quiet yet still in the heart of the city location!

My shower was clogged with hair - the hallways were loud and I could hear every time someone open or closed their doors - the tv casting didn’t work and the on demand option was a little misleading as I believed there would be a movie or two offered for free (understandable that many were not however i was under the impression that one or two would be as the advertisements made it sound like it was an added perk rather than a perk to add)

The staff is amazing! After another booking feel through on bookings.com, this location had a room at 11:00pm ready for me to check in on 15 minute notice. Greg checked us in, and asked our plans. He gave great suggestions for this visit as well as for Milwaukee! He remembered us the next day when he saw us and made sure we knew how to get to the Royal's game we talked about the night before. When we returned after the game, he asked how we liked the stadium. Very nice and welcoming.

Everything was very nice as it has been when we’ve stayed at other Hyatt Place locations.

Only complaint, and I rarely complain, is that we went to breakfast about 10 minutes before it was to close, and there was no skim milk, no coffee, and no sausages. Probably seven or eight people came in after us looking for the same, and we’re disappointed as well. I tried to talk to the person behind the counter, but received no answer, the person that was putting food out, or at least should’ve been. The next day, it was very good and plenty of food, but we were much earlier. Could’ve been a glitch, but just a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was delicious - both the hot food and the cold items. The selections were varied and all were good. My husband had a lunch at the hotel and thought is was delicious. The beds were very comfortable! On the Friday night of our stay, the hotel was full with traveling sports players (looked to be tweens and teens) and they all observed the "quiet time" - we really appreciated that!

The only real issue with this hotel was the water pressure with the shower - it was almost non-existent. Thee only other issue (and one I consider a first world problem) was that the "information" on the TV didn't work - it always showed "no info" on all channels. Other than this, the hotel was delightful.

The location itself was just secluded enough yet right around the corner from many restaurants and other attractions/things to do. It only took us 20 min to get to Arrowhead Stadium. Also, the noon check out time makes such a huge difference and not many hotels do that anymore so that was a huge, unexpected perk!!

The ONLY thing was that there wasn’t a microwave in our room. It had the mini fridge, coffee maker, additional sink, couch and work bench (plenty spacious) but no microwave. However, there was on in the lobby, right off the elevator which worked for us just fine.

the staff was GREAT!

Someone got arrested while i was there. Not the hotel's fault but makes you feel a bit uncomfortable. also, the breakfast eggs had chives in them. why? those can be put on the side for anyone to garnish their eggs any way they choose. i have an allergy to chives and couldnt eat the eggs.

Breakfast was nice, staff was great, nice clean place, the parking lot needed pothole repairs which were being addressed during our stay.

The beds were very well used. Like sleeping in the center of a canoe. Also the side was very soft, I assume where everyone sits to get dressed or put their shoes on. Lastly I wish hotels like this one would stop using low profile toilets.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks for work and it became like a home away from home. Every staff member I interacted with was lovely and went out of their way to help. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of variety (American-style.) This is by no means a luxury hotel, but it was impeccably clean, has a decent gym, and a warm vibe from the staff. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. Thanks to everyone for making my long stay so pleasant!

Breakfast was fine. The room was comfortable.

Your web site indicated renovations were pretty complete, but that was not the case. Gave a negative first impression of the establishment. There was no microwave in the room. No instructions on how to set temperature. Had to learn to heat and cool by trial and error. Not obvious on the thermostat.

This was a nice location. Very clean & comfortable. Nice quiet area, friendly staff. We came to area for a craft show and this was only a few blocks away from convention center so very convenient. Many restaurants close by. We had a 3 year old with us too so Grandpa stayed in room with her during the craft show. They had a great time. There's also several parks just a short drive away that we took her to in the evening.
