The staff was super: attentive, friendly, helpful, and engaging. I love the little extras like the popcorn in the lobby and the free drinks, etc.

We stayed in room 710, where we reported an obnoxious, loud banging later into the evening. We were told it was likely a dryer vent... in any case, the room should not be rented out until the issue is resolved. Thankfully, the staff was quick in their response, offering to change our room (which we did the next day) and compensating us with a free night, which we thought was fair. I gave high marks even though the first evening was super frustrating, because the staff was THAT good in resolving the issue.

Where do I begin? I showed up quite late, and there was an actual security precaution to get in, which I appreciate. Then their fire alarm went off, and the next day, they explained why and didn't leave us in the dark. The parking is free and covered as well. In the evening, you get THREE free drinks complimentary with your stay EACH night. The breakfast was not only edible, but actually good. I even went back for a seconds, and finally, the room was clean.

Honestly, there are no complaints from this hotel. If I had to complain, it would be MAYBE the area. The area is fine and pretty safe, but it's not in "actual Kansas City," so some people might be mad about that. 10/10 hotel, in my honest opinion.

One of my biggest things when staying in a hotel is the bed and pillows. When traveling it's often difficult, yet important, to get a good night's sleep. The mattress and pillow options were wonderful - soft yet supportive mattress and the same with the pillow! 10 out of 10 in my opinion. The breakfast had multiple options and the staff working were friendly and helpful! We also liked that it had a covered parking garage!

The bathroom space was pretty small and ours had an awkward layout (triangle-shaped), but not a deal-breaker!

This was our second stay at this location. Excellent location, plenty of parking, and the staff is always super friendly. I love that there is always freshly brewed coffee available along with a small dinner and drinks every evening. Breakfast has plenty of options for everyone and you’re always met with a smiling face. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Overall I can only say good things about this hotel. We will definitely choose to stay again and highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay with Drury. We use this hotel when we have come out for taekwondo tournaments. We stayed at another hotel that was blocked booked, and it was disgusting. We will stay at Drury every time!

The only thing that I would change is the breakfast times for the weekends especially since this weekend had so many different sporting competitions scheduled. We had to be ready and registered by 8am which could have been really tight if we were as further from the venue.

Loved the hotel. Being a family on a budget but still looking for something nice, this hotel exceeded my expectations!! We booked a queen deluxe room for 2 kids & 2 adults. We got dinner, adult drinks, soda for the kids & breakfast the next morning! All included with our room! It was more than I was expecting and the food and staff were amazing!!! The beds were so comfortable!! The hot tub was also amazing after a very long day! This will be our go to spot from now on when we are coming to the area!!!

The staff were super helpful. They remembered us to the room number the first night. Which I’m sure isn’t easy given how many people stay at hotels. The value for the money is amazing. They have more than I’ve seen at any other hotel chain. The food is amazing. And everything was very comfortable and very clean. My husband and I took a trip for our anniversary, and they made us a little cake made out of towels with suckers for our kids to enjoy. They even wrote a sweet card for us. We will be staying there again and telling all of our friends and family.
