Check in with Alleau was very nice. The room was awesome and the view pleasant. The morning breakfast on Sat was awesome. It was full and hot and stayed that way. I really liked the coffee bar with all the flavors to choose from. Check out with Ron was also very easy. I have enjoyed the selection of properties that Marriott offers. The location close to Overland Park restaurants and retail shopping was super.

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat.

The Fairfield Inn met and exceeded my expectations! Friendly, helpful staff ... perfect location ... very comfortable accommodations (though the lighting could be improved ... the sitting area/living room was a little dark) and a good, filling breakfast to start the day. Thumbs up!

I needed a hotel near the St. Luke’s South Hospital and this hotel was super close. The breakfast was not the best I’ve had, but it was still very good, with a variety of options. I would have liked bacon or sausage with the egs. I had read comments that the beds were hard. I found mine to be comfortable and I slept well even though I prefer my bed just a tad softer. I think a down or memory foam padding might help. (The comfort of the bed is a top priority for me and I would definitely return.) My room was immaculate, including, and especially the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night so I was unable to check out the rest of the facility and amenities.

It would be nice to have herb tea in the room along with the coffee and caffeinated teas.

Room was nice. Room was clean. Needed more safety bars in the shower. Loved the big bathroom. Floor was very slick after showering. All in all the stay was nice. Just wished I had got a joining rooms when I made the booking.

Breakfast was ok. Really didn't like the spinach quiche. And the front desk girl was very rude to us compared to the couple in front of us. Her tone of voice had a very rough tone.

The breakfast is by the best, have stayed at many hotels and the options are limitless. Staff very friendly, room very clean, quite. Location is perfect.

A bit loud. Some of the youngsters staying with their parents for games, were very enthusiastic and loud. However, not really a problem. They were appropriately being young and enthusiastic. Apparently, they were there for baseball and softball tournaments. Games were canceled because of storms.

Facility was dated. Tub/Shower diverting valve needs replacing. Barely got water to shower head.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was great, loved that there was a wall seperating the bed from the area with the couch and desk where we set up our pack and play for our aon to sleep in.

Very clean, receptionist was super nice, and pretty good breakfast. Huge room!

The elevators (one specifically) were a little sketchy just because of the noises it made but seemed to be working fine. I was bummed to see they didn’t have cheese omelets at breakfast.

The receptionist was very friendly and kind. We felt very welcomed. The room was very nice, clean and inviting. The breakfast was wonderful. I will be staying again.
