I like the gym, breakfast, and location. I felt safe. The place is clean.

Although, the staff they are a bit assertive. It is not bad, but it is just hard to approach them.

Breakfast was awesome. So many choices. Location was perfect. Safe, near restaurants and shops, an urgent care, pharmacy, and supermarkets. The room was big and clean. The soap products smelled amazing. They stocked the room with the two cribs we needed too.

We left the sign off the door our second day and no one came to empty trash or clean. We got fresh towels at the front desk and the next day I emptied my trash in a housekeeper's trash bag while they were in a room down the hall. The day after we left the sign up, a housekeeper came and did a great job.

House keeping walked in on us in our room at 9am, we were still in there getting ready. Front desk woman didn’t stop to listen to me, called me when I was at dinner to find out when we would be checking in, charged my card before arrival and when I called about it she just kept repeating herself instead of listening and answering my questions. Staff was very frustrating to deal with, hotel was nice. The bathroom smelled awful like body odor and no matter what we did the smell never left. There was also a water dripping sound coming from the bathroom the entire stay.

The breakfast was good, just the usual; eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The clerk was friendly. King room was very nice. Spacious and bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Nice wardrobe/cabinet with ironing board, and a place to store and hang clothes. Nice desk and comfortable chair to sit in. Fridge, microwave, and large screen tv. Close to lots of places to eat and shop.

The shower didn't drain well, so you were standing in ankle deep water. Didn't like that there was not a channel guide, but we figured it out for the tv. Water was 2 dollars for a bottle. Should be free. Lots of hallway noise. Someone from cleaning staff came and took towels from our bathroom, and didn't replace them. Wasn't expecting room cleaning or bed being made when most places don't do that anymore unless requested.

Staff was very pleasant and friendly eager to help and answer any questions. The room was neat and adequate. We passed on housekeeping during our stay except for emptying trash and restocking towels. The tub was slippery with shower might consider a mat? Kleenex tissue was less than desirable according to my sister who stayed with me. She has allergies and they didn’t hold up well for her.

See above. Also I was disappointed that upon by checkout and discussion of your reward plan that I could sign up but not have my stay counted. Might consider discussing this on check in so that one could have stay count.

Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was quiet, comfortable and exactly what I'd expect for the overall price of our stay. Checking in and checking out were super easy.

I think the size of the lobby for the hotel was a little small — it was packed all weekend. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky. It's right off the highway and there isn't a clear sign to guide guests to the parking lot, especially when it's dark. Construction around didn't help either.

The Staff were courteous and professional from checking in to checking out. The pool area was kept clean and a fresh supply of towels was available. The "FREE" breakfast was excellent, with a variety of choices, that would meet most if not all customers dietary needs. Breakfast was available on time, as scheduled, with staff available to provide answers to any questions or requests from guests.

The location is excellent.Close to shopping and many great restaurants. Easy access to roads that can get you anywhere in the city.

The walls and floors are super thin. You could hear people walking in the hall and in the adjacent rooms.

Location was good. Surrounding businesses were accessible.

Didn't have walk-in shower and toilet was too low. Toilet tissue holder was not secured to the wall. Tissue kept falling on floor. Microwave did not work, but was replaced. However the rotating plate didn't fit so we were also unable to use. These issues were told to the front desk clerk. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

It was clean.

Shower in the morning was cold.
