Great location--safe, near businesses and restaurants. Overland Park is a great area! Also it is a great value--clean, quiet.

No cooking supplies for the kitchenette. The reason we chose the suite is to be able to cook meals. It has a range but NOTHING to prepare food. Also, there is no fitness room (which is my fault for not checking). It is trade off--good value but limited amenities.

The employees we encountered were very friendly. At check in, the clerk was quite overwhelmed with people, but she maintained her professionalism, even when one guest was annoyed about her TV not working. Our room was very nice and clean. The mattress was comfortable.

There wasn't any kind of breakfast, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. The most important thing was they had fresh coffee in the lobby. We also had a coffee maker in our room, which was nice. We didn't stay long enough to really try everything out, so I can't really comment on that.

We were delighted to find a place as nice as this that accepted pets. Usually we have to resort to staying in crappy hotels in sketchy areas if we travel with our pup. This property is located in an upscale area of Overland Park, right next to one of the nicest soccer/baseball complexes in the nation. I was extremely impressed with how clean and spacious our room was. The property seemed fairly new and smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the water pressure in the shower! There was a nice sports bar (Coaches) and a great coffee place (Scooters) were across the parking lot, and several other eating establishments within easy walking distance.

At this price, I would have expected breakfast to be included. The sound insulation between rooms wasn't great. We could hear everything the people in the next room were doing pretty clearly - including them brushing their teeth.

Location was good. Did not order breakfast. Room was clean.

Front desk advised upon checkout that they could not print me a receipt because the reservation was set up through booking.com, so I have no receipt. Lots of young soccer teams kids running through the halls fairly late.

Great value and having a kitchen was wonderful.

This location gets a lot of construction workers and they are noisy.

It was very clean and in a great area.

I wish they would have had a better breakfast, however they were in a great location to be able to go get breakfast easily. I do wish they had more than 1 luggage cart (if there was more than 1, I didn’t see it).

Was not told that the only ice in facility was the ice machine in our toom refrigerator....that we had to turn on. So, in the morning, we had no ice.

The size of the room was nice, beds were comfortable and they provided a very comfortable recliner for a family member with breathing issues.

There was no breakfast, not even a continental breakfast unless you purchased it separately.
