Everything, the best experience we have had in a hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and very functional, everything we needed was at our fingers. Staff was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. I have a service dog that travels with me and she was treated like part of the family. Breakfast was amazing, I never get up for breakfast on vacation, at this stay I was always up and ready to eat. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, on vacation or business.

This hotel went above and beyond to help us after a horrible experience with a different hotel! The location was great! Super easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

The pullout couch is meant for small children so mattress was a bit uncomfortable for a teen. the key card didn’t work in the side door was deactivated the day before checkout so that was a tad bit annoying.

Easy to get in and out clean facilities.

I like having ice ready and not having to wait on an ice machine in the fridge, but that's a minor thing. Otherwise a great stay.

It was comfortable, there was shopping (Target!) nearby and the location was convenient for me.

The ice maker is very loud and scared me a couple of times, but I was a little jumpy to begin with. It was the ONLY thing that comes to mind.

Rooms were clean and I enjoyed the actual Dove products for the shower.

I didn’t get the room I booked. I needed and wanted a Queen size bed. They changed our room without notice to 2 full beds. Not mad but pretty annoyed.

This was my first time in a Candlewood Suites Hotel. I found the concept to be very good! Being able to cook for myself instead of live in restaurants all the time was terrific. The staff was very friendly and responsive.

Air conditioner was loud, but it was addressed as much as possible.

The property was just perfect. Location was wonderful, staff was super friendly and helpful, room was good sized, and we had no complaints.

Didn’t have hand held shower. heat was set on 75 when we arrived so room was hot. We never set our heat higher than 68. No breakfast offered.

The woman working the front desk when we checked in was absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and welcoming and treated my partner and myself like we were a part of her family. I can’t wait to come stay again, I hope she’s there!
