Loved the breakfast and the wonderful view from my room. Clean, comfortable and a great location as it's out of the way.

This is the second stay where the Hot tub wasn't able to be used, which is disappointing as this is why I choose this hotel to get some pain relief. The last time I stayed the hot tub had sudsy soapy chemicals floating on top of the water, and this time the temperature of the water was so scalding hot it burned my feet. I reported this to the front desk, but there was nothing she could do as maintenance wasn't on site. pretty disappointed

Love the breakfast and that the hot tub worked and was actually hot. Room was comfortable. I loved that the entire hotel was cool.

The hot tub had foam in it, and it seemed the chemicals were off a bit. My hotel room door was a bit glitchy, and I had to check it to make sure it closed all the way.

Fair ,variety of choices, with most items each day Staff always refilling , cleaning , and keeping an eye on things, helpful when we needed something.

Choices of cereal were not that good. The air in the eating area was warm/ hot.

Breakfast was very good.

Trying to get the phone # of the hotel to say we were going to be late. I called at least 5 different # that came up, but all for registration. I purchased the room on Book It.Com, I will not do that again. I will book it directly to the hotel itself.

I liked how nice and clean it was. How the check in time was late to give you time to get there. Decent location, it was easy to get to once the GPS quit trying to take me through construction, the construction wasn't the hotels fault though.

Little to no parking, I had to park in the hotel parking lot across the street. I've also never had it where a hotel tries to get authorization on my card when online it says I can pay at the property. Then after I'm told my card wouldn't be charged it was. Other than that it's a nice clean place to stay at. That's the only reason I didn't give it all the full good rating.

If you are driving in to Kansas City this hotel is a great deal. It was the first hotel we saw when we got into the KC surrounding area so decided to stop. It’s only a 30 min drive to Arrowhead, there’s a lot of places to shop and eat around here and you stay away from the big city traffic. Parking is free. The breakfast here was also very good

The only downside was the room was cold when we arrived but after going up in the heater it was comfortable within an hour.

Location! Many close by KC Favorite restaurants like Joes BBQ and Big Biscuit. Very clean and the breakfast was great.

Super clean rooms! Very comfortable beds. The housekeepers do an amazing job at keeping the facility neat and tidy! This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. Terry ( General Manager) is such a hoot! I absolutely love the conversations he has with his customers.

A 2nd elevator on the opposite end of the building would be awesome. When you have a room at the north end of the building and the only elevator is at the south end, it is a very long walk down the hallway to your room.

Room good, staff great ,plenty to choose from on breakfast items. Pool was small but clean and a very welcom site. Area is close to shopping and eating places perfect for what we needed.

We waited til late to get breakfast as we didn't need to get up early and the food was a bit on the cold side and looked picked over but still was good. Hot tube needed cleaned better it was bubling over like a washer with to much laundry soap poured in it lol. Still a place we would re-visit.
