Staff here are all great. Rooms are well equipped (full size fridge, dishwasher, FULL SIZE microwave, 2 burner stove) for longer stays. The location, price, and amenities are an exceptional value here. I had two maintenance issues and both were resolved promptly. For what this hotel is, it is perfect.

Rooms are a bit dated and may have an issue or two, hotel allows dogs (a negative in my book as someone with allergies), but neither are serious issues.

It was convenient for our short stay. The resident were friendly along with staff. The male night clerk was a little weird but we didn’t have to deal with him too much. I’m thankful they take dogs.

A lot of smoking both weed and cigarettes. People did not clean up after their pets even though they had a station with bags and trash in full view.

The location was perfect (close to highway and food). the price was also great. water pressure in shower was great. it was easy to get in / out of the room.

The toilet was challenging for my family member who had suffered a stroke (too close to ground) and needed help on getting up. The AC unit also struggled a bit to cool the room down.

I like the location. Right around the corner there is a grocery store and nice restaurants. Getting to know new people and the staff have been more than awesome.

Venting in the laundry room. It gets real humid in there. With the exercise room and the laundry room together it can get muggy and hard to breathe.

A pristine, odor-free, well-equipped, large hotel room, complete with a recliner in addition to crisp white linens on an exceptionally comfortable bed, was an unexpected surprise. Amenities included spotlessly clean full-size refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stove top, and a dishwasher! Washers and dryers, located adjacent to a well-equipped gym, were free! The manager of this Main Stay Suites and staff were friendly, professional, and eager to please their guests. The location of this hotel in Overland Park, in easy walking distance of a grocery, shops, and restaurants, was an added bonus. Thank you.

I liked the kitchenette and that the amount of days I stayed in room.

I didn’t like the dishwasher machine. It reeked of bad odor and made the entire room reek as well.

The staff was really nice. The room was clean. The shower was clean.

The blankets on the beds were really thin. Like an extra sheet. I think blankets need to be thicker.

The place is warm and welcoming. The manager is very nice and went beyond to help me and my family

I don't remember any breakfast being offered but I can be wrong. Location was convenient for my stay. Staff were very cordial and seemed to enjoy their work, which reflects highly of the management and owners.

Generally speaking about all online hotel booking sites, my complaint is this: If I am going to pay $125, don't advertise it as $95 then add the other fees and city 'entertainment/resort fees'. I don't travel for entertainment or resorts. Regardless, this industry practice reminds me of the telecommunications industry. Not admirable at all.
