I didn’t have breakfast. I liked that there was a full service Starbucks.
There were youth sports teams. It was hard to get through the lobby and hallways attached to the lobby. The kids played on all four elevators and made it difficult to get one to use for legitimate purposes.

The beds were really good.
Noisy kids in the hall until 2am. Added billing for parking after being highly taxed for being in Overland Park. Seriously, so many add on taxes and fees. Just pile on with parking, too! Also, a shower is not wheelchair accessible when it's in a bathtub...

I felt very special because every time I entered the facility worker Caleb Patton always would say welcome back Mrs Hampton , how’s everything going do you need anything if so just let us know. Also the property is just beautiful and peaceful.

Everything was above and beyond for what we needed! Great location and close to the family we were visiting. The warm cookies were AWESOME! We will stay again and let other family visiting KC to stay here as well.

The staff were absolutely amazing and most accommodating with my wants and needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was up to par. I will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to my friends traveling there.

Location and common areas. Starbucks in lobby. Great staff. Beautiful walking trail nearby. Great location.
Elevator was down for remodeling. We had to use the service elevator. Not good. Room was not completely clean. Bathroom didn’t drain properly.

this hotel is two blocks from my sisters house so the location is perfect when i come for family events. i worked in the hotel industry for 28 years and this place is amazing.
