Location was very convenient. Renovation has and is taking place. Our room was big, clean,very comfortable and quiet. AC worked wonderfully. Bed and pillows provided one of the best sleeps I’ve had in awhile. Breakfast had all the essentials and the coffee was exceptional. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Fairly clean, decent location, quiet. Well lighted parking lot. Room was large enough.

Tub looked like they washed animals in it. Soap dispensers on wall were empty and didn't work well. Took forever to get checked in, printed multiple papers all with a big black mark down the side. I got the same black mark on my exiting receipt. We booked on-line and were in town that same day when they called and wanted me to give them a credit card number over the phone saying they were from the hotel. If I didn't give them my number they were going to cancel our reservation. After several minutes of me not understanding them and then refusing to give a credit card number over the phone they understood we were in Kansas City and would be checking in later that evening, We arrived that evening and the place was pretty empty so they were willing to cancel us because somehow the card number didn't come through? We weren't looking for a big breakfast which was a good thing - this one was one of the worst I have seen. Didn't even have a microwave to heat up muffins so I used the bagel toaster. When I checked us out I returned the cards as they requested and asked for a receipt which they said I didn't need but my bookkeeper wants so they printed a really hard to read one on their obviously worn out printer with a giant black stripe down the side.

Location near to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Decent breakfast offerings. Staff very friendly and helpful, esp. with getting us an extra blanket and swapping out used towels.

One wall lamp and air conditioner in room not working. Thankfully, the heat outside was not oppressive and the a/c fan did work to keep the room comfortable, if not cool.

There was some at the desk to help us each time. However, they were very hard to understand as they didn't speak very good English. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was cool.

I really don't like to say anything negative. But we came down around 9 AM and there wasn't much of a selection, but that was OK as we didn't want very much. However, the coffee was horrendous. It was undrinkable to us, and the tables were dirty.
