The motel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. Our room was quiet even though we were near the elevator. There were sidewalks and a nice neighborhood area to walk in.

The rooms are small, and there is not much room to hang your clothes. The breakfast didn't have bagels, or whole wheat bread. The only protein was yogurt or a frozen egg, cheese, ham biscuit, that needed to be microwaved, so I picked out the egg and ate it. Bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter for the toast would be helpful. The cord for the coffee maker in the room didn't reach to the outlet. We had to take it to the bathroom to plug it in to make coffee.

The staff was not able to confirm my reservation and I had to pay full price for my room. Also I did not like that I was able to find a phone number to contact booking.com. I am deleting your app, will never use again, and will be sharing my experience with family and friends.

Super convenient to where we were working. The staff was great. Had an issue with the plumbing and it was fixed immediately. Staff was great.

The breakfast didn’t give you much of an option unless you could eat bread. Waffles and heat up sandwiches. It would have been nice to be able to get a hard boil egg. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate was offered 24/7. Which is very nice.

The bed was so comfortable! Also we requested a room near the lobby or a room near an elevator due to walking disability. They granted my request by putting us in a room very near an elevator. The staff members were polite and friendly.

The Saturday breakfast was skimpy! They had waffles but everything else had to be heated in a Microwave or toaster in terms of hot foods. They had no sugar free syrup or jellies either.

Check in and out staff was super sweet, so friendly and engaging! She needs a raise!! The beds and pillows were very comfy too, comparable to higher priced places I've stayed.

It was close to all the things we wanted to do … the convention center, shops and great restaurants. It was quiet and in a safe location. Staff was friendly and kind. The pricing was in our budget. It was clean.

Fridge and microwave oven in room, can chill, heat own food! Very quiet location, plenty of parking available. Close to stores and restaurants - couldn't be better!
