The lady at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and smelled nice. I am very sensitive. Breakfast was great. It was just what we needed. Enough variety for each of us. The breakfast area was nice. Managed well by staff that were always around and very helpful. Parking was even great. No real issues at all during our stay. We also had a travel baby bassinet for our newborn. It fit well against the wall with enough room to get around.

The room with one king bed was a bit cramped. The desk where my husband sat on his laptop was directly under the tv. He said it was a bit awkward. Seemed to be smaller than they used to be due to the remodel and addition of a full shower instead of a tub. Which was nice. The bed hurt my husband’s back just due to how soft it was so that depends on your own preferences.

We love the spacious room, the friendly staff, the comfortable bed. They honored my request for action near an elevator due to walking disability. It was a great place to stay.

When we got our receipt upon checking out they had added $100 using our credit card which we did not have any prior knowledge of. It was for incidental expenses they said when we called to discuss it. We were told it would be corrected early this week. Our problem is that they added this and used our card without our knowledge.

The Inn was clean and well cared for. It was nicely decorated and we lived the room decor. It was quite and well managed. When we arrived they had cookies available that appeared fresh baked.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast. The area was clean and well maintained. We did however find it odd that the employees were using the equipment for their breakfast when we were about to run out of our time for breakfast. Otherwise we were happy with the situation.

The breakfast was very good. My husband really liked the sausage, biscuits and gravy. Nice selection of foods. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping staff were very attentive to details. The hotel was on a major road with plenty of shopping close by. Easy to find especially for us older folks!

Only thing I wish is that they had a towel rack by the sink in my one bed room. Every thing else was just fine.

Hotel location near freeway. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical...good selection. Room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable & I loved the pillows. Refrigerator & microwave. It was a great place to stay, very quiet & rate was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, good location

A bit expensive, elevator was not working so only room available for my son and I on the ground floor was a single king size bed. I had a lot of luggage so anything on the other floors would have been difficult to manage. I appreciate the effort of the staff to give me a room on the ground floor.

I like that there's a hot breakfast but just more variety, and fresh fruit like banana's/

Breakfast was OK, very simple but meet expectations. The best the staff in charge, kudos to them.

At check in the receptionist was not friendly at all, but that was an exception, all the other staff were excellent. Not sufficient light by the mirror in the bathroom.

Hallway traffic was quiet. I couldn't really hear much noise outside the room; of there was any. So, I was able to get a good night sleep. Mini fridge to keep my food and beverages cold. Microwave to warm it up.
