Great location & Very Clean

the bathroom door was too long and couldn’t close all the way. the key didn’t work to use the gym. $100 deposit (I got it back but it sucks when your on a budget)

The size of the room was great. The room was clean.

The shower head needed to be cleaned. It was pink and had mold from not being cleaned in a long time. The elevator floor was very dirty. The hall ways needed cleaning bad. Coffee creamer would be great for coffee that’s in the lobby besides French vanilla. Original coffee creamer would be great. The beds could be softer. And more than 3 towels in a room for 2 ppl for a week. Outside trash was full by the doors entrance on the side of the building. This was our first time staying. The price and room was nice though except the few things.

The staff is very sweet and accommodating! When we first arrived they placed us on the 3rd floor and we have a toddler so I knew that was going to be a noise complaint…I asked if they had any rooms on the 1st floor and she got us a room right away. The cleaning staff is very sweet. The rooms and laundry room and facility is very well kept and clean. I love that the windows can open and have a screen, so you can get some fresh air! What made me chose this hotel was they accept cats which is very hard to find!

Very clean, property was well taken care of. It was in a decent location and felt relatively safe.

It was further away from where Kansas City Art Institute than we thought. There wasn't a hair dryer for use. It didn't come with breakfast. We came in about 11 and the attendant wasn't at the counter and we rang the bell and had to wait about 5 minutes. When he came to the counter it was because the phone rang and he took the call before waiting on us rather than putting it on hold. He did seem pleasant though.

I absolutely loved this place. The hotel was nice and clean, plenty of parking, the girl when I checked in was freaking cool as sh*t and super friendly, the lady that was there when I checked out was so friendly and awesome, and the location was freaking great. I will most certainly stay again when we’re back in the area.

Better sound insulated rooms. We could hear the people next door talking thru the walls and the ceilings. Not a problem for me though because I sleep with a white noise machine to cancel all that out.

There wasn't breakfast provided, however that allowed us to experience a couple breakfast options in the area and it was delightful. The room did not have a coffee pot which it was advertised that it did and they provided coffee pods, filters etc... just no pot to make it in. The mattresses are extremely hard, which took some getting used to however it is better to be to hard than to soft. The staff was great and offered suggestions about the area.

That I couldn’t stay another night cause hotel was booked for weekend

I liked how clean the rooms were, how nice the staff were and feeling safe in the hotel and outside! I was just there to have soma piece and quiet, however this was my 2nd time staying there and my 1st stay was soooooo very nice and quiet. However, this time there was a dog next door that barked all day long. I let the manager know and she told me others had already complained to her about the dog. So she spoke to the family who was staying there and let them know something about keeping the dog quiet. But that didn't seem to matter to those guests and their dog continued to bark all day long. Very annoying! I love, love, love animals, but I dont understand why the manager didn't just tell them if it continued to happen then they would have to leave. Because who knows, someone might be staying there for out of town work and they work nights and sleep during the day. Then they have to deal with a dog that barks so loudly it's through the walls and you can here the dog in the hallway, all the way to the elevator. So I should have marked my stay as a 3 star but I forgot that part until I was asked this question. So, I feel if they weren't going to kick the family out, we the neighbors to this room should have been compensated in one way or another!

Well, I basically wrote it out in the 1st question... But if pets are allowed and they bark all day, if there are complaints the guest with the animals should sign paperwork that states if their dog barks all day, that they will be told to leave after the 1st and only warning. This dog barked for about 2 weeks straight. Frigging annoying.

The staff is amazing very sweet and helpful. The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. My husband and I booked another week with them the area is nice. I recommend to stay here . I love the kitchenette

I have to admit I was apprehensive it being a motel 6 but I was not just pleasantly surprised I was thrilled. It was in great condition, clean and Nora on the front desk was not only friendly attentive & efficient but knowledgeable too. The room has plenty of space with a queen size bed closet and drawers. Full size fridge and microwave, comes with sink and twin hot plate.

Nothing really, an oven would be great. Terribly thin walls but the price for everything makes up for it unless of course you were staying longer than a week.
