The initial interaction with the staff made me feel very safe and welcomed! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel, and the blackout curtains helped with that as well. The breakfast had multiple options of both hot and cold items!

The shower did not have a lot of pressure, in my opinion. I assume it is because it has the water-saver shower head, as many hotels do, but as one with long hair, it takes a lot longer to rinse out the shampoo and conditioner. Not a game-changer though!

Convenient location for our needs, beds were clean and comfortable. Whole room was clean and bathroom was stocked with all the soaps that could be needed. Overall great experience, we were even greeted with a goodie bag that had snacks that helped hold us over until dinner. 10/10 experience, will recommend to anyone who visits the area

Location convenient: next to a highway, a mall and some restaurants nearby. Iron, hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave present. Pleasant staff. Breakfast not bad. There is a small pool and a very basic gym.

A bit outdated. Breakfast could really use some vegetables, there are literally none. Just omelette, sausages, cereal, oat porridge, bananas, apples, milk, cinnabuns, bagels, granola bars, pancakes. Single use dishes, not cool.

Beautiful facility, spacious room for 3 adults, wide bathroom counter, desk and long counter near TV, room for suitcases off the floor, coat hooks for hanging bags

Eggs were usual omelets pre made, sausages, no potatoes, pancake machine broken, limited fruit.

The facility was well kept, employees were all delightful and I had no issues during my stay, besides the pancake maker working one day and out of order the next.

My son looked forward to the pancakes, the machine was out of order.

Location was perfect for access to various freeways into and around Kansas City. Many restaurant options close by. Breakfast was excellent and fresh and a nice touch on our last day was the bacon. Our room was a great size and the pool and gym suitable.

Our shower head and bath tap was not working properly and this was raised with front desk for maintenance.

Everything was as advertised.

It was a bit noisy in the middle of the night. There was a sports team there and doors slamming in the middle of the night. I woke up in a panic thinking my toddler was escaping lol but it was the neighbors. Other than that the stay was nice.

The location was great easy access to major roads and attractions. Wonderful staff especially the night desk attendant. He was friendly outgoing and helpful! It was clean and the suite was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Well maintained area.

Very clean facility. Great room...love the layout. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Will stay here again.

Additional charge for room damage added to stay of approx. $50. Refundable after stay with no damage, but several days before money returned. Was not aware of this expense when booking room.

The property was clean and provided a fantastic breakfast!

The front staff upon check in want overly friendly, asked to get in an hour early after a long day of travel and she said nothing was ready.
