The common areas and rooms are clean, The staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They accommodated my ADA need giving me an ADA double room for a single bed booking and kept the lower price, so upgraded my room without charging! Very kind! They stored my belongings during a medical absence to prevent unneeded room charges and did not charge a storage fee! Outstanding kind! I was happy it was possible to open a window for fresh air!; Many windows no longer are openable

The location isn't as close to some stores as I might like, but still, it's only one mile to shops, and cafes, still close. There is no lobby, I have located any laundry room yet, so it's hard to meet other guests or be anywhere except your room.

The location was ideal for my needs. I enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette room to save on food costs. A mostly quiet atmosphere and has laundry facilities on site. Checking in was quick. Personnel were friendly.

The bedding could have been a little more comfortable. The heater worked well but was noisy; the fan was making noise. Many smells throughout the hallway and my room smelled funky from the previous tenants.

Well lit parking lot and the room was clean.

Waited 20 minutes for the clerk to return to the front desk. When she returned she smelled of marijuana and alcohol. Some young guy kept standing out in the foyer waiting for me to leave. No curtains to keep the lights from the parking lot from shining in. The blinds didn't do well. You need a sliding curtain or something. lights shining in the room all night. Looked as if a light was on all night.

I departed from the hotel at about 5:30a.m on 26th July 2022 and headed to the airport. I had notified the office clerk, Brandi of the same. I had accidentally left my son, PS4 game console and remote in my room 319. I immediately had my adult son who is attending college in Kansas visit the hotel and spoke to Brandi about the PS4. She was very rude and expressed that she checked the room herself and it was not there however I beg to differ. Since I recalled my son playing the game until 2 a.m on the said morning. I contact Brandi personally on the 27th morning and she was very rude and defensive. I know that there are cameras in the foyer on each floor is there anyway that a camera footage can be looked at to determine who had access to the room after?

I liked the staff and the room for the most part. The room was comfortable however a bit small.

The elevator was not clean and the luggage carts are damaged and need to be replaced. It was very difficult to get my things out with the broken luggage carts.

I think a coffee and donuts station would be a plus. There are no bugs at all that is great TV channels are good

The intake fans above the stove need to be a little more insulted between rooms. Gets in a privacy matter needs fixed separate so nobody can listen what's happening in your room. That come from 106 s. Room

Could use better pillows. I thought there might be a pan for cooking. I’ll remember to bring my own pan.

Large rooms with kitchens. Very clean.

The WIFI. Seemed to never work no matter how full the hotel was.

It was a very quiet atmosphere !

Room wasn't cleaned for almost 2 months !
