Overall, everything was great. Rooms exceptionally clean, lovely bathrooms with huge shower and counter space next to the sink, beds extremely comfortable, updated decor. Great breakfast.

They did not put all 3 rooms of our rooms together as requested because I reserved the other 2 rooms under my kids' names, and staff said didn't know who they were. Next time I'll know to communicate better. The heat was turned on in one room and it smelled like a furnace that hadn't been used for a year, but the smell dissipated after a little bit. Pillows a little flat. Being really picky here. This was a great hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Clean and modern hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast selection. Having coffee and tea available all day is a nice touch.

Very clean and comfortable

I booked and paid for this room on booking.com. I was charged again when I checked in. Once I realized I had been charged twice, I called and they quickly resolved the issue and refunded the 2nd charge.

I couldn’t use the Pool as the Chlorine smell was overwhelming! I also called down to the Desk later in the evening and the lady who answered was a little rude when I asked a simple question!
