We loved the shower and the dispensers. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were not. The room was quiet, the a/c worked well. The light blocking curtains were great and reduced heat from outside.

Not a fan of having to make a trip to the desk to get coffee, tea, creamer. Not a fan of having to ask for other items we needed for our rooms such as garbage removed, fresh towels. Closet/ wardrobe didn't fit long dresses etc that ironed. Ironing board was so small , it was a challenge. Shampoo , body wash etc was very masculine and strong smelling. Would prefer a fresh herbal , clean smell. We had one tiny bar of soap for the sink . I signed up for Bonvoy or whatever it is and was told we would get 2 bottles of water a day but we had to ask for it every day like everything else. Our room was never cleaned and it said every other day. We were there for 3 days and nights and had to ask for EVERYTHING. NOT a fan. Breakfast was just ok.

I enjoyed the back patio in the evening. The staff was amazing. The nature walking path near the hotel was awesome & enjoyed running there. My room was clean and comfortable. And the body lotion in the bathroom was amazing.

I wish the walking path had been advertised on the attractions. I accidently found it while I was out from my run. I could hear the TV and people talking in the next room.

Very comfortable and stylish room. Yummy breakfast. Helpful staff.

We only had the breakfast one morning, Sunday and since it was Mother's Day, it was free. It was fine, no better or worse than other hotel breakfasts.

A few more choices would have been nice - waffle machine, hot cereal, ore pastsries.

Management really needs to look at the shower heads.. it feels like you haven't showered even after you just did! 5star hotel facilities with 0 star shower head. Please look into this matter, total disappointment. After all the traveling a good shower is what guests need.

The room felt very homey and it was really clean. Loved how there was wood flooring with having 2 toddlers with us . Beds were really comfy!

Very nice, seemed brand new. The staff was the best staff I've ever had in a hotel.

Only thing we missed was a pool.

Very clean and quiet! Room was nice size--we had a pack n play and it fit with not being in the way! Loved the blinds that blocked all the outside light and the sliding barn door for the bathroom.

No indoor pool

The bed was so comfortable and the view from my room was really nice. I also liked that you can link your apps to the TV to watch your shows. Overall it was a good stay .

The bath room wasn't as clean I found a few pieces of hair in the sink which could of been from the cleaning lady she doesn't have her hair covered. And the bathroom didn't have any hand soap.
