Everything was nice and clean. The staff was helpful but it did take awhile for someone to come help me check in when I first got there because young gentleman was busy taking a reservation over the phone.

Not your fault but the visitora above room 322 we loud and stomping their feet back and forth most of the night! I called the front desk and asked them to please call them and have them stop. But they didn’t. I almost called again because it continued till two in the morning.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly.

I’ve stayed here many times but this time the bed was really uncomfortable for me and my boyfriend. Our backs and necks are very soar from the few nights I stayed. I’ve never had this issue the other times I stayed.

The room was modern and clean. The small kitchenette and sitting area would be helpful for those staying for a longer time. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The $75 per night nonrefundable pet fee is, in my opinion, too much, especially if you have a pet that doesn't make a mess or any noise (such as our dog). Many hotels refund the fee after the room is checked and to be found in good condition. In truth, I should have called beforehand to find out how much it was, but honestly I didn't imagine $75!! Booking.com really needs to list these fees on the website. The hallway (floor 2) had a weird smell to it. Sort of like sour milk. Parking was a little tricky as there weren't enough spaces for the size of the hotel.

We only stayed for a night but loved the room and the breakfast was amazing.

I wanted to pay cash for the room and wasn't allowed. The desk clerk said I could check in with a card and then pay with cash when I checked out. Didn't make sense because it would take longer to refund my card and they would have my money. I just paid with card and left it at that.

Pretty much everything, great location, clean rooms, nice staff specially Isley. Location is perfect for touring Kansas City

Nothing much, if there could be any improvement, it could be in the breakfast. Just having a few more options should be easy.

It was a nice size room to accommodate our family of 6, bed and pillows were comfortable. Love the variety of breakfast food offered. Great water pressure and complimentary soaps and shampoo. Great location, just 10-15 minutes away from places we wated to see.

Funny smell in the lobby area, could use bigger TV.

good location close to many nearby restaurants and things to do. the staff were super kind and helpful. breakfast was basic but good, made for an easy morning. the room was very clean. beds and lines were comfortable and the showers water pressure was always strong and warm enough.

some of the nights during our stay were pretty noisy. many children yelling and running up and down the hall.

It was so close to KU Medical.Center. I loved the way you had the breakfast set up. Staff was so friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Our TV remote or the TV didn't work right even after a new remote was brought to our room..

The concierge, Mary, was the kindest, sweetest person we met. She helped us with anything we required.

If we had any dislikes on the trip, it had to have been the price tag of the package. Though, in fairness, anything short of free would have been a little bit expensive for us. Kind of silly to say it that way but there you have it.

Breakfast was great with all the options. The parking lot was nice and big. Easy for us to get our vehicle in and out. Location was prefect for us exhibiting at the American royal.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was only cleaned once. Would have liked it done everyday.
