The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The walking shower had temperature controls. There was a complimentary car service that drove us to and from our restaurant. The rooftop bar was our favorite part. Our family enjoyed watching the sunset and the ambience of the fire features. The following morning, we ate breakfast at the restaurant, which was very delicious.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the rooftop pool, which unfortunately was closed due to a mechanical issue. But the hotel comped us with free drinks and food at the bar.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really liked the availability of the complimentary shuttle service to restaurants in the Country Club Plaza area. Nice drivers! Wonderfully comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Great rain forest shower!

The grab and go breakfast was not good. Poor selection of items and the blueberry scone was doughy. We did not try the full breakfast but should have. Could not find a breakfast place in the area. Could have used a listing of retail shops in the CC area as we did not know what to look for or what was within walking distance.

Location, ease of check in, parking was simple once explained. Hotel bar prices very reasonable. I liked that it was really different from the usual chain hotels we stay in. My spouse noted that the hardwood floors in the room was a plus - we could roll our luggage in with ease.

I think the info on parking cost was not accurate from booking.com but the rates were displayed at the hotel and told to us when we checked in. I really didn't care for the scent (white tea + thyme is what the hotel staff told me) they chose to spray all over the hotel - which permeated the lobby, the conference areas and hallways. Luckily it wasn't in my room. If there's a reason I choose not to stay in this hotel, it would primarily be the scent.

The courtesy of staff desk and bar staff, valet guys were amazing! We loved the smell of the bath products, wouldve liked to purchase them. Very comfortable beds! Absolutely beautiful shower.

In a text i received offering exchange for no room-cleaning service, a $5 credit for drink or food, but I wasn't given one and didn't remember to ask for it until I'd already checked out. The lid of the ice bucket was sticky and dirty. Everything else about the room was excellent. The fridge door opened the wrong side, opposite the cabinet door. I did not know the pool would be closed. I'll know for next time, since it was my first visit.

This was our first time staying at the Fontaine, we stayed one night. Seemed like a nice hotel. Not sure about the location as we didn't utilize anything around that particular area, so not sure what is within walking distance, etc. Parking was in an attached garage ($25/night). Room was nice and quiet. Shower was large. Some reviews said the shower water wouldn't go higher than 100 degrees, which is not correct...just push the button for hotter water. We did not utilized the restaurant nor the pool. You do have to validate your parking ticket each time you want to leave, but that was not a big deal.

I did not like the fees that came with the hotel...resort fee, heritage fee, tourism tax.

Modern look to rooms. Barn door for bathroom, comfortable bed, mix of floor and carpet: Carpet under bed area with vnyl flooring on main walking areas - much clearner feel than all carpet. Rooftop pool cabanas very inviting for groups, sunny pool area outside and service from Lyric in the bar area very good. If it's not pool weather, the lounge area of bar has fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. Walking distance to the traditional shopping area of the Plaza and lots of good restaurants - Coopers Hawk Winery . Front desk staff very helpful. Less floors than the other big chain hotels, so the elevator is quick to arrive. Quick, part highway, 30 minute drive to the airport. Check both Uber and Lyft as there was a $30 difference in pricing for the same period.

Air conditioning was blasting. Only options were "Off" or "On" - had to sleep with a shirt hanging from the top of the vent to block the gusts of frozen air. Check for hours of restaurants and shops as some hours are shorter and others are closed Sunday or Monday or both.

The front desk was amazing. Top tier customer service!

Some of the lounge staff. I only had one small issue, while waiting on our room to be ready my daughter and I were suggested by the desk to the lounge or check out the pool or to grab a bite. Well when we got there there were two people at the podium, no one said anything I had to ask if it was open seating. She gave me a menu but no one came over to us for about 20 minutes and they kept gathering near us so I’m sure they saw us there with no food or even drinks to start. I had to go back to the podium and ask how does the ordering work and she replied “oh, I mean, I can take your order” so she took my order but when it was brought to us it was the wrong flat bread so I’m not sure she was even paying attention

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our first wedding anniversary. We loved it, and I wish we could've stayed longer. You can't beat the location. There is good shopping near by, as well as lots of good food options! The bed was so comfy, not just the mattress but the pillows, too! The bathroom was nice, and we liked that it had a private toilet. When we first walked in to get checked in the staff was very friendly, and the lobby looked so nice and smelled good! We also enjoyed looking at the walls of celebrities that have stayed at The Fontaine!

It could have been just our specific room, but our shower door made a horrible and loud "bang" noise whenever we would tried to close it. It was something wrong with the hinge I think because there was nothing for the door to be banging up against. Definitely could've been just our room though, and not an issue with all showers at The Fontaine. We also wanted to swim when we got there but weren't able to because it was a much smaller pool, and it was super crowded.

The Hotel is great. It has a nice ambiance, nice bar and pool area just outside the bar on the top floor.

We had some bumps in our stay. Mainly dealing with the room, ordering food, and the pool, but at every turn they offered us a 50.00 restaurant voucher and on check-out they were able to take off the voucher we did not use on the total bill.

Super friendly and welcoming staff upon arrival, excellent location, thoughtful details in room decor. Love the Green policy(ies).

There was a strong weed smell in the hallway and at the entry to our room. I was unpleasantly surprised by the high cost of parking at the extra fees on my bill upon checkout. $10.00 “Urban fees”???
