The location can't be beat for a Monarchs game. We lived being so close and having adjoining rooms for our group of friends! The staff was so friendly and welcoming - taking the time to share local things happening. We felt truly welcome and loved our experience here!

The room was very dated. Most of the furniture was in poor repair. But the beds were comfy, and everything was clean. It seemed like they were about to do an update, lots of pallets of flooring and bathroom surrounds. Also, the property really smelled of cleaning chemicals. It sort of knocks you back.

Location was great because we were there for the race this weekend and it's close to everything. Overall hotel was nice but could tell it was ready for some upgrades. Room was large with a large windows and bed was comfortable.

Like I said, it's a nice enough place but for over $300 for 1 king room for 1 night then my expectations were a little higher. Elevator was rough. The air conditioner in our room was not on when we got in it and it was hot and the air conditioner never really worked right so even though it ran non-stop once we got there it barely kept it comfortable. Also the floor was kinda sloped so the 6 drawers in the dresser would not stay closed. My husband finally folded up some cardboard and put under the feet to tilt it back, but why couldn't they have done something similar before guests arrived. I mean they had to have known because all 6 drawers were open when we walked in the door and would not stay closed.

Ms Mabel the culinary specialist I want to call her, was very proficient in the variety of options and cleanliness of the dining area. Food was always hot, presented well, and dining area maintained. She was a very pleasant hospitable woman who definitely can handle her position herself but it would be wonderful if she'd get a helping hand from time to time.,as she handled everything herself during our stay but with the crowd we had definitely appropriate to have help for a mature aged woman. Other staff confirmed she handled kitchen herself

Check in was hectic, with multiple reservations and unavailable rooms at Check in. However, handled swiftly still taking a while before everything settled

We've stayed at the Country Inn loads of times over the years. It's a bit basic, the rooms are a little older, but it's cheap and comfortable and the suites give you a nice amount of extra room.

When we stayed there, they were renovating the halls and the lobby area at the front of the hotel, so there was some building mess and sticky floors where they'd pulled up the old carpet. But i needs doing so i guess it'll, be a bit nicer when we next stay there. Also a fire alarm going off at 2am in the morning wasn't great, but these things happen and it didn't happen the next night so i guess they got it fixed.

I loved the staff! Each one I came in contact with was very accommodating. They helped to make my stay pleasant.

I didn't like that we couldn't use the bathtub to take a bath. I was looking forward to a quiet bath and the stopper was broken with no way to fix it. I also didn't like the smell of the elevator. One other thing was the AC in our room never worked so they had to move us.

Located off the main road , it’s a little weird finding the entrance but well worth it . Super roomy and a very comfortable bed . It’s close to restaurants quick shops and casino. Staff was friendly and super fast check in/out . Pet friendly with extra fee . We love this place and have stayed many times before with never an issue . We don’t do breakfast but it smelled wonderful as we walked by . Roomy bathroom with plenty of counter space , tub/shower and great water pressure. Definitely Recommend. Plenty of lighted free parking .

Everything was great

Breakfast was good and I appreciate that there was some fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall the place needs a good cleaning. The hallways needed vacuuming and the carpet shows wear. My room was clean enough but I think since I was in two different rooms safe to say they need refreshed. The toilet paper holder in one room was broken and small things like that need attention.

Front desk staff was friendly, same with breakfast person. The breakfast was good for a continental, I wasn't a big fan of the cheese omelet they had and the breakfast potatoes looked bland so I didn't try it. The waffle was the star of the show. The beds are comfy and the shower pressure was good.

The toilet was low to the ground and the hard rain the morning of leaked through the window seal. There was also a strong chemical smell at first.

I love the location. It shares a parking lot with the concert venue and the ability to park the car and walk over is so perfect! The room was really nice the bed was soft and I slept so comfortable. The area felt safe and secure.

I would have liked to use the hot tub / pool area but by the time we got back it was closed. It closed at 10 and I wish it was open a little bit longer. It would have been nice to use it after being in the sun all day.

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the cake was too big for our fridge in our room so we asked the staff if we can put it in there’s and they were able to find room and keep it overnight for us! Very grateful and very kind of them! Enjoyed everything! The hotel is also in a great spot with a lot of food places and stores around it.
