I have stayed here several times over the past three years. My experience has improved after they completed the remodel. It is a good value, safe, clean and quiet. That is what I wanted and that is what I have gotten over time.

Facilities have were been recently remodeled, so rooms and dining area are more modern. Hallways (smell musty). and showers are still feeling dated …. But they work properly and are clean.

As we were traveling with pets a dog friendly environment was key to us. The pet fee was $20 per pet per night which was pretty reasonable. There was enough opportunity to walk the dogs. The room did not have any carpet which is preferred if you have pets. The location was good - close to the highway and close to restaurants.

The breakfast was very basic - toast, packaged mini cupcakes and cookies, coffee - that's about it.

Rooms were updated and clean. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable with the darkened curtains.

We were lucky to get a room, bc Kansas City hotels were all sold out! We would have liked a better rate but we were just thankful to find a room available at the last minute!

The room was clean and comfortable. We were given a room nearby an outside door making it easy to walk our dog.

After we checked in and parked near the doorway to our room, a guy was sitting in his pickup truck. We figured he must be an employee on break, but we could smell the pot he was smoking.

Location, outside of Kansas City, but a 20 minute drive gets you about anywhere you would want to go. The location seemed safe. Didn’t have to worry about someone breaking into my truck. Working security cameras throughout the motel. Exterior doors locked.

Nothing, everything seemed go.

The young man who attended us was very kind despite the fact that he had to work double shifts because of the snowstorm, he was always aware of everything

The property is close to a grocery store and restaurants. It’s only a 20 minute drive to Kansas City. Very clean Free breakfast

front desk man during the day was a bit rude

I liked that there was a bench outside to sit on and enjoy the evening. I loved that the water was HOT when taking a shower. Clean Room, comfortable bed.

The Coffee wasn’t the greatest but there was businesses close by to get some.

Location. Having a bathtub. Windows that open for air!

It could use just some simple upgrades like new bath faucet, wall crack repairs in bath. (#112)

The room was huge! Very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The closest thing I have to a complaint is that I had trouble finding an outlet to charge my phone.
