The staff was extremely friendly and helpful upon check in. Really made you feel at home. Close to the highway to continue our long journey bright and early. Quite location.

We stayed downstairs since I had a pet, there was a strange smell but they had a fan in the halls so maybe there was some water damage previously. Not a huge issue though.

Ms./Mrs. Bonny and the manager Mr. Patel are very helpful! The young woman who takes care of breakfast, their front desk clerks their cleaning staff and their maintenance are wonderful. Inside is flawless, and outside looks just as good! Also, those, who care about the water you bathe in, comfort inn, has interchangeable shower heads. One of the best hotels we have been a part of!

Good price for the location with easy access to the highway. Comfortable, clean room.

As is the case with many hotels, too many extra pillows and not enough surface areas to stow them. Hate to put pillows on the floor, but suspect many do. Travelers need surface areas, hangers, and towel racks rather than non-essential aesthetic accents!

GREAT water pressure & hot water in room! Best ever in a hotel. Nice hot tub & pool, very clean. Breakfast space super clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights while working at Exhiled just to have a place to relax and get away instead of a long 90 mile drive home. Was glad we booked it after the way the weather turned on Saturday. Room was very clean and comfortable and met our needs. Staff was friendly

The was clean and the food was has good has any other. Staff was helpful and respectful.

Not sure but the rooms has been smoke in before or atleasted smell like it.

Location was very good! The room was very nice, and the bed comfortable.....enjoyed your breakfast for guests in the morning.

In the room we stayed in, the shower faucet handle needs some work. Unless you really turn it tight, water keeps dribbling out. Even after turning tight, it still drips a little.

The property was just fine but there were some unruly guests on the last night that made it hard to sleep. The front desk was able to settle them down.

Sausages sometimes overcooked. Ate 6 times so a little more protein variety would be nice.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The breakfast meats were not good. But with plenty of other options there was something for everyone from sweets, to oatmeal, to cereal or eggs and sausage with toast.

Very strong smell from old carpets that need updating. Especially strong in the elevator.
