I stayed for only one night. I checked in late at night and was out very early. I was jn Kansas for a church Crusade. My experience was quite pleasant at the hotel. Facility was clean, and up to date. Staff very friendly Cant say much of the overalllocationbut it wasn'tfar from the Hy-vee Arena. Uber/Lift we're affordable.

The staff was so friendly! This was great value for the price. Our room was very clean and updated and we had a nice view of the city. Parking was covered and FREE! It exceeded my expectations in terms of what I was expecting. Very easy drive to downtown. It took us 5 minutes to get to where we needed to be for our event.

When you outside to the parking garage, the area is covered, which is great. But people stand there and smoke, I wish they would make that part a no-smoking area and move the smoking somewhere else that's not so close to the garage.

The staff was great, bed was comfortable, shower got nice and hot. Was a super convenient location to the T-Mobile Center for the concert I attended.

Parking was additional money on top of the room fees. There was a dog barking for a solid 30 minutes when we entered our room prior to leaving for dinner. Staff did deal with this and when I came back from dinner the dog did not make a noise after that.

The staff was AMAZING. Ruben at the bar in the evening was top notch and so fun. The lady in the morning that worked breakfast was also outstanding!!! We loved the both of them!! Your staff at the front desk was also amazing!! We were there for the Bengals Chiefs game and had a blast!!

Love the location breakfast my wife wasn’t a fan she liked the bagel bar and fruit bar but would of liked more options on the actual food in the buffet other then that we travel a lot and the stave was the most friendly I’ve ever had and very out going and very nice I think they should deserve raises.

Breakfast was good just would of liked more options or not have to pay and would like to of been able to have a cot or roll away for our son but you don’t have any

Someone tracked mud all over, from the elevator down the hall & it remained there all weekend. Let guests know Kansas alcohol laws. We couldn't buy beer for tailgating because it was before noon, we were there Fri & Sat but didn't know we couldn't buy on Sun.

The location was ideal for quick downtown KCMO access. The room was seemingly clean, already cool at our arrival and gave us plenty of space for our short stay. The parking garage was handy as it was stormy the first night of our stay.

We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the hotel costs and fees and we’re surprised the first morning of our stay when it was indeed not.

excellent location for our road trip. Clean room and facilities. Really liked the Peloton.

The bed and pillows were not all that comfortable. The bedspread looks worn, the pillows were much smaller than a standard pillow, and the mattress seemed uneven.

The night front desk clerk helped me out so much.. I had my 89 yr old mother with me and I had forgotten her wheelchair. She looked in the back and found one and let us borrow it the whole weekend! Really was a lifesaver! I don’t know her name but please thank her for me again.

The fact that I didn’t get breakfast..lol
