For the most part, this hotel is great. The rooms are nice, the size is nice, and the hotel overall feels upscale. I do think you overpay for what you actually get, though. The room service was nice, but make sure to ask for ketchup for potatoes, salt, and pepper...

Parking is NOT free. Not only that, but they tried to say that we couldn't self park and had to use vallet. Then the vallet asked if we were going to self park.... it's the same price. $38. The staff wasn't very friendly when we checked in. The TV doesn't let you change the input, and the front desk was zero help. The fridge in the room is tiny and has overpriced items in it, taking up most of the space. The room service doesn't come with basics like salt and pepper.

The staff were fantastic! All the ladies were super friendly. Nick drove us around to a couple of cool places. He gave us some good information and recommendations too. The room was very nice. The restaurant was great too!

The location was central to downtown, which also comes with other issues of its own. Great hotel, but it's not so great of a location if you have kids or plan on walking around, especially in the evenings.

Clean, classy room. Nice minibar options and good food in the restaurant, convenience store just a few steps away comes in handy.

Not much. The lotion in the room is useless - it won't come out. Smells good though.

The hotel was just lovely! The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the drinks during happy hour and the breakfast the next day. The location was perfect for our venue. Everything was excellent!

Everything was perfect. The only recommendation would be to have access to a microwave, especially in the suite. We used this room for gathering family and friends for the wedding events, and it would have come in handy.

Right when you walked into the hotel you knew you were in a clean facility. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location wasn’t far from the Convention Center where we spent most of our time, about a 10 minute walk.

The only Con I would say this hotel had was that it didn’t have water fountains, the ones to fill water bottles. They had water bottles but I wanted to fill my water bottle & couldn’t find a fountain.

Loved the location and the staff was super nice.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and I could not get the temperature of the room adjusted well.

I did not like the very limited privacy the sliding bathroom door offers.

This hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect! We made a quick trip to KC for some shopping and wanted to stay in a nicer hotel...this one was a perfect choice. Gorgeous, clean, and friendly, welcoming staff. The room was great and I enjoyed spending some of the evening at the bar listening to live music. The bartenders were great, too! Very pleasant experience!

Our view wasn’t superb...it was a bunch of AC units on a roof and pigeons but it didn’t bother us much. Just sharing if a good view is a dealbreaker for you! Everything else was excellent.
