I have stayed at this hotel a few times and absolutely love it. The staff is genuine, kind, helpful, and very nice. The breakfast is always good with a great selection. I love the spa water and cookies upon entering the hotel. It is like a home away from home. The rooms are always very clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, more comfortable than other hotel beds.

The only part of my stay that is a little frustrating is that the fitness room lock has a timer on it. In the mornings I have to ask the front desk staff to let me in. The staff is so nice and immediately helpful. Other than that I have ZERO complaints about this property.

The location of the hotel was great, the breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bed was the MOST comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The room was nice and quiet. There was hardly any street noise and zero noise from neighbors. I will most definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you!

Honestly, I really enjoyed my stay there was nothing negative about my experience.

This hotel was in a good location with access to a lot of activities. My girlfriend and I were here for a concert and we were within walking distance from our venue. The hotels were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Parking is $25 and they also charged another $50 on top of the room for a security fee, which is understood however I don’t believe that was made clear during reservation online. Cost me a total of almost $250 for a hotel room.

Due to an event at the arena we had to use the car park over the road ($15) a day. On collecting our car the next morning there were several cars where the windows had been broken luckily ours was ok. Therefore asked to move our car for the next night to the car park attached to the hotel as did not feel car was secure over the road.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. Seilyn, who works the front desk, now knows me by name. It’s like being welcomed to my second home. I travel to KC a few times a month and stay here. The facility is clean, breakfast is excellent, beds are comfortable, great water pressure for the shower. I highly recommend anyone traveling to the area stay at this hotel!

So it was the nicest place we stayed in a while. Everything was available, hot breakfast, all day coffee, water, tea, extremely helpful personal. Up to date rooms with amenities

Well not their fault but when we went there was an extreme cold spell -30 at night. The heat in the room the roof top units were freezing up so wasn’t really warming the room . HOWEVER Adam one of their personnel he was excellent gave us a couple plug in heaters to help warm the room and it was completely fine. Trust me wasn’t a big deal room was great either way

The breakfast was wonderful each day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My husband enjoyed the workout room.

We had a issue with heat in our room which staff attempted to fix but the fix did not work, so it got pretty cold. We were gone much of the time, so it could have been more of an issue. We were compensated by management for this inconvenience.

Walking distance to the power and light district. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Comfortable sleeping quarters.

Parking was a little bit confusing. The hotel lot was only had about 30 spots so we had to walk for someone to leave to park. We found out later that the lot across the street also belonged to the hotel even though it was labeled “event parking”.

Our room A/c was not working properly so they asked us if we wanted to move rooms. We were already settled in our room so I asked if they had a box fan. They brought one up right away and we were very comfortable after that.

We loved everything. Great breakfast. Great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I really loved the quality service Peggy was the nicest she even sang to us at Monday morning breakfast. She was so sweet to my kids and helped us with the pancake machine. She deserves a raise best attitude overall cheerful and really brought a smile to my face. This was an all around great experience

the TV guide didn’t have words so you would have to randomly change the channel and hope you find something good. The pancake machine was horrible Peggy was out there doing her best each day to get it to work. get a waffle maker they are so much easier and tastes waaay better.
