I loved the breakfast options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good , better than the usual breakfast buffets that I am used to at hotels.

Pricing was a little high considering there is no pool or anything at the hotel. Was not aware of the $25 a night to park, which i think is a little excessive considering we are already paying $215 a night and a 23.47% tax rate. Especially since parking spots were not guaranteed. American Flag was wrapped around the pole, they did fix it when I mentioned it, but it was back to being wrapped again the next day. Being from a family of veterans this was a little annoying.

I was traveling alone due to my husband being in the hospital so the safety of the area was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean, housekeeping excellent. I loved having the restaurant/bar within the building. Staff was friendly and helpful.

After booking the property, I received a message that there was a $25 PER DAY parking fee. One reason that I booked the property was because there was no fee. They explained that they charged to keep people not booked at the hotel from parking there. Really? Isn't that why there are towing companies?

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Such a lovely bunch of people. The breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. The location was great, as it was central to everywhere I wanted to visit. As I was travelling alone I Uber'd everywhere, and nowhere (apart from MCI airport) was more than ten minutes from the hotel. The room was spacious, plenty of storage for clothes, etc. There was an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Also, Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion. Didn't use them as I had my own, but I'll know better next time. And there will be a next time. Great stay, thank you! Xxx.

The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger. That's the only thing I can think of that wasn't spot on, and it's just my preference.

The location is excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and delivered above and beyond service. The on-site restaurant and lounge area was excellent and very convenient. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The overall experience was amazing.

The restaurant being open at any hour would have been even better. Options for purchase in the lobby could have been more extensive, but they were sufficient and affordable.

The bartender Javi was very good. He was friendly & made a wonderful Old Fashion.

We waited about 10 minutes to check in. No one was at the desk - the bartender said she was in the restroom. There was another group waiting to check in also. When she did show up, she spoke very fast & was hard understand. Not a good start to our stay.

The front desk staff was amazing. I wish I had caught the young lady’s name who checked us in and the assistant manager who allowed us the opportunity to check in a tad early so that we could get ready for the event we were in town for. They were superb though. Not just for letting us check in early but for every interaction along the way. Excellent!

The location is kind of what it is as it’s directly next to the highway but close the blinds and you won’t care.

I love this hotel this was me and spouse second time staying at this hotel. The staff makes you feel very welcomed and the feel of being family. We stayed four nights this time and everyone from the front desk to the kitchen, bar and housekeeping those days we were there was excellent staff. I commend them all.🥰 We will be back soon.

Very clean and comfortable. Facility was quiet and easy to relax. The room had all essentials if anything was forgotten. The bartender "Mitch" was great. Had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The counter rep at check in was not the most pleasant. I booked thru booking.com and he tried telling me my card was declined even after showing the charges and the confirmation. After changing me another $100 deposit we got our room key. Extremely frustrating, especially after driving from Florida and not getting in until 3am.

Good location, nice amenities and rooms, very clean, and very friendly staff.

No big deal, but the dining/bar area isn't sufficiently separated from the lobby/check-in area. Both areas were playing different music which was distracting and annoying. One of our two rooms was on the ground level, with a busy highway right outside. I slept fine, as did my kids who were up on the 3rd floor, but the traffic noise kept my wife awake all night. If you're a light sleeper you should ask for a room that's not on the north side of the hotel, or at least a few floors up.

The hotel and room were very clean, comfortable, and I enjoyed the stay. The staff at the desk are super friendly and even checked me in a bit early, which was appreciated.

The location is a bit far from the main KC attractions if you are dealing with weather. I walked to the center which was a 15-20 min walk but in the rain that was too far.
