This hotel was really cute and well-curated from a decor perspective. I appreciated the little touches of personality. The common area parlor was a nice space to do some work and relax. I liked that there was a common area chest and cabinets where you could get supplies that you needed. I also liked the the hotel was small--only a few rooms. The cocktail bar on the first floor was lovely as well and the drinks were delicious! Most of all, I loved the location as it was walking distance to several good restaurants, jazz bars, and boutiques.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I noticed though was that you could hear downtown sounds (like construction) easily while in the hotel room as well as people who were going out at night. This didn't bother me too much since I'm a sound sleeper, but I did take notice.

The room was excellent; clean and comfortable. The lounge with refrigerator and microwave was a great place to enjoy coffee and a book. The location is just off main within easy walking distance from the streetcar.

If my check-in had gone smoothly this would not have been a problem. (The fault is not theirs on this. The text I needed to get into my room was held up with my carrier). That being said, if you are doing a digital check in, you need to respond to texts, emails or calls promptly. I sent multiple of all of them. There was a party in the lounge so I sat on stairs in a hallway for over an hour before I was able to get in room.

Loved the room.. everything was neat, clean and esthetically pleasing! Also loved the keypad to get into the building and room… not having to worry about a room key was great!! Very cozy, did not feel like you were staying in a hotel.

I was worried about parking.. but was fortunate to find spots out front. Would be great if there were assigned spaces for guests staying (again, wasn’t an issue for me for my stay thankfully). Also would be wonderful if there was an ice machine for guests..!

I liked the atmosphere and the kind staff! The location was nice (being close to the streetcar rail) and the room was very clean and comfortable! I liked the vibes and overall how our room looked aesthetically! I liked the free wifi and big bathroom. The natural light was really nice and pretty! It had nice unnatural lighting, the lighting colors were nice and made it feel very home like!

Our lock was broken and it took a bit to get it fixed but that wasn't their fault. Our specific room didn't have a freezer, but it was fine and we made it work with the fridge.

We enjoyed the decoration, the layout of the room and lounge.

We could hear our neighbors (separately from the downstairs bar). The Curtains were cute, however they didn’t provide much privacy from people walking or driving by. I felt that I had to change in the restroom so that people outside couldn’t see me.

Very clean. Unusual set up, would be great if you had multiple solo travelers. Shared kitchen and lounge space was cool.

Old warehouse which has been well refurbished, but noise travelled due to squeaky wooden floors. Gotten woken up by fellow guests coming in late.

This is a fantastic hotel that's situated in a very convenient location. The rooms are all different, and are very unique. Huge windows with views of the cityscape. Central parlor area and a patio upstairs, and Le Lounge bar downstairs for libations.

Location amazing. Able to walk to event at T-Mobile arena. Felt car was safe in the arts parking garage and only 13 dollars overnight

Elevator broke and we had to call for another way in but answered very promptly. There was a private event in the bar so unable to make use of it and it is very cute

I loved how clean and well decorated the place was. It also felt like a very safe environment and building. The room was unique and put together with lots of thought.

Although minor, I guess the hallways were a bit loud when people would walk down them. That’s not too much of a problem though.

Very nicely decorated, very good location (close to Mildred’s coffee place that is amazing), very efficient (though remote) staff.

It is an old building and you can easily hear the noises from the outside as well as from adjacent rooms.
