Overall I liked the hotel and staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I requested a featherless room which they were able to accommodate. The on site restaurant had good food. The hotel was relatively close to the trolley which provides free transportation to several areas of the city. The porter was very nice and helpful.

I requested to check in early (1 hr) which they said they would try to accommodate but were not able to provide when I got there so I had to wait almost an hour to check into my room. The room was clean and comfortable but the toilet backed up on my first day and the staff couldn't give me a definitive time when it would be repaired and was told "they would get to it when they can".

This was our annual Grandkids trip. We were checked in by Jade. She was a warm professional person. She assisted us care and laughs. We were a little stressed upon arriving and Jade made things smooth for us. We were able to see an amazing 4th of July display that we will never forget. Please know that Jade made this trip for us. Let her know we appreciated all that she did. Thank you!!

Loved the view from club level floors. Convenience of places to eat and shop. It was quiet even though the hotel was fully booked d/t the conference we were attending.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant was not fully staffed to accommodate the amount of people present for the conference.

Loved the size of the rooms, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and floors were clean. The staff from valet, to check in, housekeeping, check out were extremely helpful and very friendly considering there were hundreds of guests on site for various activities and not all were pleasant. The views of the city were absolutely beautiful at night! Very relaxing. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sheraton as “THE” place to stay for business or pleasure as they live up to the hype in my opinion!

The pillows on the beds are not comfortable. They’re too thin and soft once you lie down on them. Upon first glance, they look so comfortable. But, once you lie down, it’s not as comfortable as it should be. The toilets are really low. I’m almost 6 feet tall, and I felt like I was close to the floor once I got close to the seat. The children needed no help of course because it was at the perfect height. The elevators were a bit slow, but that was probably not the fault of the hotel since there were so many guests and children going up and down. There were also a lot of inconsiderate guests allowing the room doors to slam shut in the evening which made it a bit difficult to keep a baby asleep.

Very beautiful! Rooms were clean, beds & pillows were comfy & the black out curtains were the best!!!

The total confusion of the tunnels from the train the desk. It took us 55 min to get from train to the desk…. :(

Great location! Skywalk took us to all the kid friendly activities we wanted for our grandchildren. It was really a great location! Service great!

Bed very comfortable. I had a room on the 32nd floor looking north. They accomodated my request. Terrific view of all of Kansas City! Nice little mini-fridge. Starbucks coffee pouches. Ice-make just down the hall. The "link" was a great connection walk to Union Station.

Breakfast menu was very, very limited. No sugar beverages and alternative foods available. I was at the pool and they did not skim it for 5 days. In addition, the hours were 5am to 10pm. I was there Monday at 830am and it was locked. I had to cal twice to have a manager come and unlock the pool.

I loved the beds, the location and the link! An incredible experience I'll remember forever!

I wish there was more coffee but you can always get more so it's really not a big deal

Did not try the restaurant at the hotel, pri es seemed a little high.

We had breakfast at the restaurant a couple of times. It was good but service was somewhat disappointing.
