I loved the jacuzzi bathtub. The water always stayed hot. The shower was stocked with nice body wash, conditioner,and shampoo. The room was cute and comfortable. The market was stocked nicely and was decently priced. They also had breakfast the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a while! Definitely would come back, especially for the price and location.

The pool was down,which was a bummer. They were doing renovations, which I didn’t find out till day of. The parking is $20 a night, that’s not outrageous but didn’t find out till day of. Also our tv would randomly cut out and come back on which got annoying.

The room had a good bathroom kit, there was bottled water to drink on the first day, only one day the breakfast was full. The distance from the hotel to my event venue was good.

Breakfast was always late and often incomplete, with only one person serving food. They did not clean the room the last two days, nor did they throw out the garbage. I thought it was expensive for the night for what it cost. I was assigned a room at the edge of the street even though I was going to stay for several days. You could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above and next door.

Our room was very nice and clean. It had something of a retro look and had obviously been remodeled at some point - new carpeting, bathroom improvements, excellent TV. There was a room for ice down the hall. The beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Check-in. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. I was billed a certain amount, and that was on my credit card. There was also a $10 separate charge that is a mystery. I assume parking was included, and we just parked in the lot. There was no valet parking, and we didn't need any.

I liked that it was a nice comfortable room, cleaned very well, new mattresses.

I didn’t like the location of the property. There was lots of construction around. I also didn’t like that there was an extra parking fee. $20 for parking just overnight is a bit excessive. I wish this could have been included in the hotel stay. We also had to pay $10 for wifi. So we came expecting everything to be set, and then having to pay and extra $30 upfront when we got there was a bit much.

The breakfasts exceeded my expectations! That was very nice.

The walls were thin, and one night a group of late night partiers had the room next to me. They were loud and I didn't get good sleep that night. It would be nice if people with quieter preferences and/or early risers could be placed near each other and people who want to stay up late and party could be placed near each other.

My devices had excellent internet signal but no access to the internet service. I was informed that my devices would require their IT team to examine my devices systems and to access the hotel WiFi network.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional.

The location was ok. Seemed a little shady while we were driving around the area. This is a very kid friendly hotel, which should mean that they should be on the lower floors by the pool, so other people staying should not have to hear wrestling matches, or screaming coming from rooms above them. I love children, but mine are grown and I have done my time! Lol

The staff was truly AMAZING, as they so welcoming and kind. This is the best staff of any place I’ve ever stayed. The room was nice and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The parking was plentiful and the hotel was really close to all locations we planned to visit.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything including people talking in their cars, running up and down the stairs and on the floor above us. We could also feel the floor and beds shake early in the morning. Also the WiFi signal was terrible and made our laptops and phones unusable with hotel WiFi. In this day and age, that’s not good.

I liked the location. It is in an convenient spot for what we where doing, and the places we were going.

We were there for the renovations? That’s the only thing that made it A little unpleasant.

The neighborhood was beautiful, we walked down 30th Street on our way to a fantastic local restaurant. Close to the WWI museum. The staff was also helpful and friendly. Rooms were decent and the breakfast varied every day and was tasty.

The location was very good, but there were limited walkable dining choices. The parking fee is really excessive for the location.
