There was basic cutlery and cookware in the kitchenette, the mini store in the lobby was convenient, breakfast was much better quality than expected, location was extremely convenient, the security system for entry was reassuring, the proximity to the tram system and a convince store is very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful with special note regarding checking our luggage before and after our stay.

The breakfast did not include waffles on the weekends but the breakfast sandwiches made up for it and the pool appears too small from the lobby to be appealing but it's understandable since it's on the second floor.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific, with lots of variations and options.

Our room was “clean”, but needed a lot of repairs. One blind has come detached from the wall. The other blind wouldn’t close all the way. The toilet rocked. The sliding doors to the bathroom were scratched. The clothes hooks in the bath were coming out of the wall. The biggest turn off was the smell of dog when we first arrived. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel, but it shouldn’t smell like a kennel. Thankfully the staff took responsibility for deodorizing or changing an air filter. It didn’t get rid of the smell completely, but it wasn’t nearly as bad the second day.

I like that cars can be parked under for protection from stormy weather. I like the keyless enter using the phone app and check in virtually. Location is great.

The breakfast was pretty mediocre. That is one area that can be improved. In general the rooms could be updated a bit and make sure the cleaning staff does a complete cleaning after each guess.

Great location near the Crown Center. Facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was well stocked and lots of variety.

There was a poor shower door repair that got water all over the floor when showering. Also the hotel closed the breakfast buffet at 9a on Labor Day which was technically per their policy but it would have been nice if they extended weekend hours which is 10a.

Charge Point in the parking garage. Not only is there there free covered parking at the hotel, you can charge your vehicle overnight for free. We didn’t have time to use them, but there was a nice little pool and a well equipped gym. Breakfast was very good. Lots of hot (and cold) choices. The downtown location was convenient for shopping and getting back on the highway the next day. Also - pet friendly.

No complaints

The location was perfect since we traveled by Amtrak. We loved that it was near the streetcar too. It felt secure since the outdoor entry was locked. The bed/ pillows were perfect and we loved appliances and dishes in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. We liked having the ability to do laundry. They stored our luggage for us before/ after checkout which was great. The room was very clean.

One of the breakfast staff made us feel uncomfortable our first morning there so we did not have breakfast there our second day. The rest of the staff was nice and very helpful. The room could have some minor updates (hole in ceiling where sprinkler isn't finished, some trim damage, etc). The pool looked like there was algae buildup so we did not use it.

The laundry on sight was amazing and so was breakfast each day. The cook was amazing and friendly. The staff went above and beyond with anything we needed.

Nothing we liked everything about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and was great. If we had to stay anywhere else in Kansas City again this would be it.

Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Literally a block to Union Station. Wonderful view, especially from the pool at night. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Terrific breakfast and comfy rooms too. Will definitely stay again when visiting KC!

The indoor pool was tiny and not heated, but they did have plenty of big fluffy pool towels so it wasn't too bad. The parking is not great but if you can fit, location makes it easy to walk or take public transit.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful! Perfect spot to be since our event was just 3 min away. Beautiful view.

When booking the room it said queen sized bed but the bed we had was not a queen size. Or at least seemed to be quite small. Other then that, no complaints.

I love the amount of space in this extended stay and the value for the money. Definitely better amenities than a regular hotel, and is located right by the Amtrak train station and tram stop to go further downtown. Staff was friendly and happy.
