The building is so beautiful, well restored and comfortable. The location is great, easy to get on and off the highway. The staff was all so friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the bartenders in The Drum Room. We felt comfortable and welcome.

We had a 2 bed room...and they were 2 double beds, not queen size. I didn't pay attention when I booked, and it was a bit tight for my 6' tall husband. We made it work, but there is room for 2 queen beds in the space. Also, not the hotel's fault, but we were on the corner and there were cars racing up and down the road until 11pm each night. It was annoying, but again...maybe if we were on a different side of the hotel we wouldn't have noticed.

Booked here because I planned on going to a show at the Midland Theater. Location next to the theater was perfect. I usually book Hilton if I can because I love their beds. They are so comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. We used valet parking and he was excellent. The room was clean and well laid out. I was suprised my room didn't have a mini fridge but I didn't miss it. Highly recommend.

The front desk clerk, Alex was absolutely divine! She was friendly, helpful and just an all around delightful human. Beverly in the Walnut room was also so sweet and kind. Very attentive and helpful. Both were so cheerful and seemed like they thoroughly enjoyed the jobs they do.

Would have been nice if there were vending machines in the rooms where we got ice. I was thirsty and also wanted a snack without going anywhere too far from my room.

Condition of facilities

Breakfast had good selection but quality was below par. Biscuits hard, gravy was not hot. For example compared to sister chain Embassy Suites which would be an 8 this breakfast would be far unfavorable in quality and selection

Being so close to main attractions, safe environment, very nice rooms, comfortable beds, attentive and friendly staff. Restaurants on site are open during usual meal times. Late night bar for those who want a nightcap. Indoor parking garage available.

No mini fridge or microwave in the room. We were expecting at least a mini fridge and this meant readjusting so we could use ice for our milk and other drinks we brought. While the breakfast buffet cost $15 per person, some of the breakfast items were the same quality as a lot of hotel's free continental breakfasts. A couple of items went well above that.

Beautiful hotel with easy access to restaurants. In-hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff were polite and professional.

When I searched for ice at the hotel after attending a concert, I could not locate the ice machines and because of the late hour, I did not ask for directions to the ice machines.

Staff was great ..room was clean but hole in sheet and not changed day 2 so still a hole. Location was great but a little coffee in the lobby would be nice for high end hotel.

Don't like no complimentary coffee in lobby and hotel guest parking a bit steep .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and we had a beautiful view. My daughter went to a concert at Tmobile and it was the perfect distance to walk. And the price was great considering the location.

The tv was a little small considering the distance from our bed.

My reservation included breakfast, but upon checking in, was told by the front desk that it didn't. We ate breakfast at hotel anyway and paid as it is terrific and staff are fantastic. As I was checking out I spoke to front desk and showed them my reservation, which did include breakfast so they said they would take care of it for me as I had used the same card and it would be refunded.

It was close to are concert

Didn’t stay long anything to walk around the hotel and pricing was a little high .Also need someone in the parking garage to help people park had to squeeze between to vehicles that where both over the yellow lines so there where 3 spots to chose this was the only one I could squeeze in.
