The staff was very friendly and helpful especially when I checked in. The view was great.

The parking. I had to pull into a small roundabout to check due to needing my room card to enter and exit the parking lot. The roundabout was blocked for over a half an hour by a large pick up truck that seemed to be unloading his luggage instead of parking in the garage. This meant I spent a half an hour circle the block waiting just to check out since there is no street parking available. I eventually had to pay to park several blocks away and walk to the hotel to check out. This was a massive inconvenience but I felt there was nothing the staff could have done to help me. It would be nice if exiting the lot didn't require the keycard. So I could have checked out.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. I chose the hotel because of it's location close to the Power & Light District, so it was great to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go at night. The room was clean, and we did not hear our neighbors at all.

The only issue was the rate for the holiday weekend, which I had hoped would be less expensive. However, the cost was worth it for the location.

Location was good for access to T mobile. Parking garage was great except for having to pay an additional $25 to park in it

Our room was across from the parking garage elevator. It was a loud elevator and ran frequently late into the night and very early in the my. Made it difficult to sleep although it might not bother some if you’re not a light sleeper.

The room was nice with a beautiful view. We had dinner in the restaurant. It wasn't over priced and tasted great. The coffee shop in the morning was also wonderful. My daughter loved the flower wall! Great spot and so many things to do within walking distance.

There were only two things that we didn't like. The pool was locked and we weren't able to swim the first day. We saw others swimming the next day but by that time we had to leave :( The bathroom had a sliding door which wouldn't shut.

Everything was it's own price, the room, parking, breakfast, I believe if you pay $200 a night one or the other should be free, parking or breakfast they're choice!

Excellent location and very comfortable. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were extremely helpful.

It would be better if the parking lot had two exits. Someone got confused ahead of us and blocked it. The hotel took care of it, but if I had needed to leave immediately, it might’ve been a problem.

We were located by the elevators and all night long of all hours. All you heard was the elevator gearing up and down very loudly.

Our toilet ran all night and all day we could not get it to stop running.

Location was the reason I chose this hotel. Went to concert next door.

Front desk staff not friendly. It was an inconvenience to help me and speech was fast and just going thru the motions for WIFI. No idea what she said. No smile nothing. Same when I checked out.....same girl.

Comfortable bed. Cold pool. Great location.

People were smoking and drinking at the pool. There weren't any signs or direction on bathrooms. People stood in the pools for hours drinking without leaving to use bathroom. Also wish the pool opened earlier and closed later. 7am-10pm.

Everything in my room was clean, check in and out was easy, and the staff was very friendly. When I bought cereal in the lobby and couldn't get it to scan I was assisted quickly and wasn't treated like I was incompetent for not knowing how to work the system. I was all-in-all very impressed with the people employed here.

The makeup mirror in the room I was given didn't have a functional light (not convenient when I was there to cosplay for a convention), the toilet didn't flush correctly (had to flush multiple times and hold the handle down for a while to flush, some of my provided hangers where broken, and the least important but still notable thing would be the all white towels provided during comicon weekend when everyone was trying to do makeup without ruining anything (though that might not be important a tip would be to have some darker colored ones available upon request?).
