Nice facilities, clean room

Booked online and received confirmation of price across several platforms- email, chat, text. Got there & the price was $200 more than expected. We were told it was for parking during our stay but we didn't park there but once, desk clerk said we were charged for the entire stay regardless. Wasn't worth arguing over, I was ready to start the 15 hour drive home & didn't want a sour taste at the end of the trip. Beyond that, the only minor inconvenience (not a big issue) is that the elevators were super slow. Would stay here again but make sure we aren't getting a surprise charge for parking.

Recently updated and clean. Some minor details of the update were done sloppy but I'm just nit picking. We had a few things wrong with our room and the staff was extremely accommodating to get us in a different room quickly and without hassle. Parking is just a lot next door to the hotel and not covered. Breakfast choices were good for the price of the hotel.

We stayed Thursday-Saturday morning and each night there were loud cars doing burnouts and revving their engines. Not sure if that's typical for downtown but just our experience. We were also overcharged 64 dollars from our booking price and only refunded 56 of the overage. Not a huge deal either just something to confirm with the hotel when you check in so you're not surprised.

Was beautiful, very clean, staff was nice and friendly

Housekeeping left things in the room i.e. washcloth and soap in the tub/shower. Iron, spray bottle of cleaner and half drank Monster left on tv stand in room. Room we had, I don't know if it was the elevator that was so noisy, but there was something that would make a regularly timed constant noise.

Staff, Kelly, was amazing! Took great care of us. We were only there for one night. She saw to our needs. The architecture is very cool and the rehab is great. Comfortable room and bath with very soft night lites, making it easy to find your way to the bathroom in the dark, a plus for us!

The outlets next to the bed didn’t work.

Room was very clean. Good location depending on where you want to be in the city, few blocks away from the River Market, very cute area, and about 10-15 min walk to conference center.

After added fees and parking the stay ended up being about $80 more than the price on booking. Just a heads up.

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.
