The facility was bright and clean and very inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was great. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Inside the room there was this really annoying noise that I couldn't discern where it was coming from. It came on every 30 minutes. Maybe it was the heating system? And there was a blinking light from the smoke alarm right over the bed. Also, there is nothing really around the hotel. There is a grill down on the corner but that's it. You definitely need a car.

Bar staffing was poor. You missed out on many that did not want to wait. You should staff better on game days….

I loved the location and the vibe of the re-purposed industrial building! On a quiet street with a large grass park just at the end of the block that my dog appreciated, plus he was given healthy locally made dog cookies that he loved by someone at the front desk! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view. I accidentally left some items behind and the next day, staff worked with me to find it and get it shipped back to me speedily! I really appreciate their attentiveness and help to get my items back to me!

I liked everything about this place. Hotel Indigo is always a good bet!

Great location and friendly staff!

I was told by a male staff member that the only way to park at the hotel is by valet. That isn't true. What he didn't know is I was a previous guest who is well aware there's always free street parking. That wasn't cool. Other than that, my overall experience was great.

I was surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I’ve been to a few other hotel indigo locations in this one wasn’t as upscale as the others but still a very nice hotel.

The parking situation is a bit odd. They do have valet parking for $30 but I was told that you can park on the street for free overnight on the weekends. I wasn’t advised that crime was high in this area and my car ended up getting stolen.  So it’s definitely worth the $30 to keep your car safe and I just wish the staff advised us of this and probably will now in the future.

Modern, comfy rooms. Great shower and bathroom layout. Quieter part of downtown, nearby to T-mobile center and lots of shops. Very cute hotel and staff were nice.

The parking options are dismal. Valet parking is expensive, and there is not much of it available. Street parking is limited to short time frames. Not nearby to public garages. The hotel itself is great but the parking was a headache.

Location is great, especially for the price. Room is very stylish and clean - we love the shower! Valets we’re very nice, and check in staff was very nice and made it all very smooth.

The only issue we had (and not a big deal for us) was the front desk clerk getting the valet ticket numbers mixed up. We waited a while for our vehicle to come out because of that. Also, this same clerk seems to be very tired since they kept falling asleep at the desk.

The person at the front desk when we arrived was so kind and I loved the way she recognized us when we arrived again later that evening. She made us feel very special. The beds were so great and the pillows were INCREDIBLE! I feel like hotel pillows are too flat but these were exactly what I wanted.

We were visiting our granddaughter in KC. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. VERY friendly staff, beds were comfortable, and it was in a great location. Paid for Valet parking, but worth it knowing our car was gated & safe. RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!

EVERYTHING was GREAT!

Great rooms and very friendly staff. Good location for walking to tourist sites

Rooms are noisy as hotel is near the train station and trains past through honking their horns at night. We had a top floor room so when the rain and hail came down in the early morning it was very noisy on the flat roof.
