The location was good, we were able to navigate to the things we wanted to do. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very nice.

There were some things related to the booking that I wasn't sure about when I booked the place. There were references to breakfasts in the comments section seemed to indicate that the breakfast was complimentary. It wasn't. Also, the booking indicated that there was a $100 deposit that would be returned if no damages. Thought that was part of the billing. It wasn't. Hotel put the deposit on at the time of check in. Maybe would have looked for more affordable lodging.

Courteous staff. The lady-technician (called through the Front desk) promptly answered the call and set right a minor problem with the Room TV and the toilet seat. The room was spacious with all amenities like Safe, Fridge, Mirrors etc. The shower enclosure is big, clean and well-fitted. The breakfast cafe is kept clean, and the food was sumptuous, ordered from a few Alacarte items listed in a menu card. The cook-cum-server lady was very polite and helpful!

If the hotel can offer (say) two water bottles in the room, that would be helpful.

We really liked the welcoming staff. We really liked the location.

The first thing we noticed is the lack of soap to wash hands and face over the bathroom sink. We also noticed that the sheets were too starched. It made sleeping uncomfortable. The elevators felt unreliable, slow and unstable.

The room was spacious but could use more lighting. The counter space in the bathroom was lacking. Would prefer more space to layout toiletries, makeup etc. Decor was beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

see above No coffee maker in room. Coffee was expensive at $4 and water at $3 was too. These basics should come with the room.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff!

Food items offered are cooked via microwave. I don’t care for microwaveable foods. For the price they should be cooked via grill instead of some items being microwaved.

The entire team at Hotel Westport were wonderful and kind. Tasha and Nakeesha made me feel as though we had known each other for years. Their assistance and hospitality is top notch! Thank you all so very much! I will be back soon!

Clean, smelled great, friendly staff, comfortable bed, super hot water, cold a/c.

Parking lot was a little tight to maneuver around in and could fill up pretty quickly since it shares a lot with Westport Flea Market.

The hotel is newly renovated and fancy. Walking distance to Westport. Spacious, clean, free WiFi, and very friendly, helpful, and bright staff. Best hotel I've stayed at in years! Thank you! :)

Location and style was very nice, It also felt very secure.

Not enough outlets in room/weird location of the outlets. No vent in bathroom. Lobby areas on floors were hot.
