The property was perfect for us!

Very easy to access from the street into the garage where the very friendly, respectful, and helpful valet were waiting. The front desk was full of eager, smiling faces ready to help just as soon as you step in the doors from the valet, and the rooms are very clean, gorgeous, and up to date! We will definitely stay again, and look for this brand in other towns in our travels! Thank You, Cascade for making our trip even better! P.S…. Desk Manager even gave us a nice sweet treat after the football game since we had traveled in town to watch the visiting team.

This property was very new and was beautiful. Even though it was somewhat interesting to enter the room through the bathroom area, we did enjoy the set up of the room. I liked that you could close off the shower and toilet area so the sink and mirror could be used separately and that there was also a door to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and sink area. This helped for when my daughter wanted to sleep in and I could get ready without disturbing her. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept great. The design of the room and overall hotel is very pretty and it was quiet and relaxing. We never heard noise from others. Also, every staff member we encountered were so helpful and kind. They helped us resolve issues and were always nice and welcoming.

Our first room had 3/4 of the lights in the bedroom that weren’t working. The toilet seat lid was also detached, which wasn’t a major issue but odd for such a new place. The staff was great and switched our room for the lighting issue but half the bedroom lights still didn’t work. Maintenance told us they’re currently rewiring things so that was probably the issue. Not a deal breaker for us but it did just make things pretty dim. Bathroom area did have great lighting, though!

Everything was super clean and modern. The room had all the standard amenities (tv, minifridge, iron, wifi, etc.) But it also had an amazing shower, a makeup mirror, and tons of other little things that really added to our stay. The hotel bartender was very friendly and quick, and all of the staff were great! The location was also great as it was a short walk from the plaza. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Kansas City.

This hotel was GORGEOUS! Our room (plaza view corner room king) was SPECTACULAR! The Christmas lights were lit up and we had two walls of window on a corner. I cannot say enough about what a cool layout, comfortable bed and bedding and just plain cozy and romantic! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was perfect. The staff was so friendly and answered all our questions. We will be back!

My only complaint is there isn’t a fan in the bathroom.

I want to express my gratitude to the girl at the reception, unfortunately I don't remember her name. She solved all our problems! We consider her the best in the service industry in America! She is top! As is the hotel!

The beds were nice

Even though there was a kurig coffee make in the room, it would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby or restaurants. Having to pay $4.50 a standard cup of coffee is outrageous. The shower only allowed you use the wand and shower head separately.

The location was in walking distance to shopping and dining. The room was very cozy and very modern. I almost didn’t leave the room.

The only only thing was the group of men that stared at me that caused me to be a little uneasy. They were on the corner of the street of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, obviously because it is new. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat and it's just around the corner from the old Houstons. I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like. It couldn't have been better.

Great location, beautiful building, wonderful staff, good parking, close to shopping and restaurants.

Odd that a newer hotel, with a water theme of decor, doesn’t have a pool.

I loved the room! The layout, blues, lights… I also just thought the hotel was beautiful.

It was really hard to get to the parking garage and know what to do/where to go the first day.
