Your staff was helpful when we checked in. They were timely after a long day of travel. The pool area is fantastic for kids. Parking was easy and felt safe.

The breakfast on our first day was fine. Definitely a small area for the size hotel. The lady cooking the omelets was efficient and friendly. On the second day, food (except omelet line) was done being served by 8:40. Nothing extra was put out and a lot of people including our family didn't get to eat breakfast. We were able to get coffee and a bowl of cereal. That was disappointing.

Great location could walk to the plaza if you like walking it was a 15-minute walk on a nice day. Wonderful breakfast, Tuscany feel with the fountain and decor. Our bed was wonderful, the girls had the pullout which was a bit flat and you could feel the springs. It was a little older and the bathroom door comes in off the bedroom whereas in other Embassy Suites the bathroom door is off the living room area. The bartender was very nice, and he explained how they were going to redo the hotel right when covid happened. It was packed for the Taylor Swift concert but staff did amazing keeping up with everyone. We liked it!

I liked that they gave us 2 complimentary drinks for the bar inside the hotel. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Overall, it was a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's a beautiful place to stay.

The food in the bar is not the best and it's expensive.

The happy hour was nice and bartender was exceptionally friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The overall room set up was very good

The fridge ice compartment is frozen over. The upper pool was cold, but the deeper lower pool was nice. The buffet breakfast was not the greatest, especially the scrambled eggs.

The location was great. My husband was having a medical procedure at the hospital across the street. We ended up needing to stay an additional night because my husband had complications. Once the front desk staff knew we were there for a medical procedure, they offered us a cheaper hospital rate for the additional night. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing.

The breakfast was late in terms of availability and preparation. The staff person preparing the food was complaining about being short staffed and seemed frustrated. He was not apologetic. I reported the situation to the front desk, and they didn't seem to take the situation seriously. I was hoping they would send someone to help him. It made breakfast uncomfortable. Many guests were standing around waiting for coffee and food. Some of us were on tight schedules. I felt uncomfortable asking for things I needed because the staff person seemed upset.

Everything was wonderful the 2 gentlemen working the front desk to check us in were wonderful the room was spotless and comfortable. I even considered moving in.. even the breakfast was great

Good price for the Plaza area, room was spacious, comfortable and cool. Impressively large lobby area, well maintained but quite dated decor.

It’s very close to the hospital with frequent sirens through the night. The back of the hotel maybe quieter.

We liked pretty much everything about our stay. Location was good, very short walk to plaza, very helpful stuff, good size rooms. We also enjoyed heated pool

We relied on having dinner and breakfast there but couldn't get kids pizza for dinner and eggs for breakfast, unfortunately they run out

The hot breakfast is ready to order omelette , hot jacuzzi, wonderful staff everyone was so pleasant and nice. Room was clean with soft bed most of just beautiful place to be at

Honestly pancakes or waffle maker it was none for breakfast

The hotel is in a prime location and easy to find. We were on the 9th floor but the elevators were fast and frequent. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was an extra $21 but in the city it was not bad to have that extra layer of protection, and we parked very near the door. The pool has been updated since we were last there. The spa didn’t have the jets working but everything else about the pool was great, including the hours. The breakfast was amazing and brought the overall value of our stay up quite a bit. We had custom omelettes and very attentive assistance. Also two free drinks at happy hour, with snacks including some healthy options. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay. Would not hesitate to book again next time we’re in town.

$21 is steep for 24 hours of parking, and the jets in the spa didn’t work when we tried to use them.
