Not to bad of an area overall was a good clean room and hotel was great distance great tv selection and wifi parking was good

Was not a fan of the elevator to smalll I do think pictures make it look way fancier then it actually was but still very decent place would stay again

We had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn during our time at the USHCC conference in Kansas City. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were SUPER friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They were accommodating since we checked in so late due to a long travel. The location was conveniently close, making it easy for us to get to the conference and explore the area. The rooms were nice and clean, you can tell they were Newley updated. Breakfast was a nice bonus, and overall, it was an ok experience.

The only negatives of our stay was the area felt a bit sketchy, with people coming in and out frequently, and there was a strong smell, likely from smoking. The first night had a lot of unsettling activity, which made us uncomfortable. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very alert and attentive, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere wasn’t quite what we expected.

The rooms were very clean and the lobby area was very nice and well kept.

The parking lot was a bit small for bigger cars and the elevator was VERY sketchy. Thankfully, I only had to use it once. Also, the bathroom electric outlet in room 115 didn’t work.

Staff were great

Although the place was tidy and rooms fine, the first room allocated smelled pretty bad, air con unit needed deep clean, so I was moved to another room which was fine until I went to bed and could smell pee , I smelled undersheet and located it , took the sheets off bed, sheets were clean but it was mattress that had been smelling it was too late to report it I slept on the opposite side of bed, no biggy but mattress need to be checked as much as sheets are when washing.

The rooms were spacious and very. The rooms were set to a great temperature that were comfortable. The beds and pillows were clean, and the rooms were modern.

The staff at the front desk was very rude and stated she was helping someone but that person was at the end of the counter on the phone. She was not pleasant and made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there.

The staff was amazing. They had fresh baked cookies in the evening. The breakfast had a nice mix. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location was good. Absolutely no complaints. Will return to this hotel if ever in KC again.

The only complaint was that the shower water was extremely hot. We like hot showers, but this was not adjustable. It was cold or hot.

The moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with a smile. We were checked into our room ASAP. The breakfast that was served was very good.

There is nothing I can say bad about this stay except we will continue to stay there because they made us comfortable.

Most of everything, the only disappointment was due to the early check in additional fee. No traveler has control on itineraries for flights or train(which arrives in Kansas City at 6 AM) Amtrak booking service has way much deficiencies, been the user who pays for those.

Waiver of the early check in fee in specific conditions, like travelers not driving, it leaves parking area more available for those who travel by car

The breakfast was good. The location was good because of our reasons for being in Kansas.

The price for one night was a bit much. And the parking lot was just a little tight.

Rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable. Surprisingly, breakfast was really good.

It was a bit hard to communicate with staff and we have some incidents with my booking. However, we managed to resolve it.
