Lobby architecture

Long time since using Doubletree; earlier used quite often. Disappointed to see that the “once signature” afternoon chocolate chip cookies are no more. Very surprised by $13 breakfast buffet (which is delicious and high quality). Oddly few elevators for size of facility

The location was pretty good, the cookies were excellent, the staff was very nice.

It’s a bit dated. Parking was a little weird for the room we were staying in. It felt a bit humid in the building outside of our room. The AC was loud but worked really well.

The pillows were bit too soft. The ceilings in the bathroom too short. Not meant for someone over 6ft and the tv froze a lot so we couldn’t watch anything at the end of the day(like the news)

Excellent location, easy access off the freeway. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Even though we didn't use the pool, I thought it was uniquely located (the middle of the hotel indoors). The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the convenience of the business center, since I had a bunch of documents to print out. The room was on the ground floor and very quiet.

Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible. Very musty and moldy smell to it. Even though the AC was running, it was still quite humid. Since we were there for only one night, I didn't complain. Also, I wasn't sure if breakfast was included in the rate or not (my fault for not reconfirming), so we skipped out and just ate elsewhere.

Everything was sparkling clean, Beds and linens were so comfy, easy to just drift off to sleep! There are enough plugs ins for charging and quiet where our were. Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful!

About midnight 30 my son in law took a shower and it ran the water in the commode bowl over. Sink stopped up while washing hands

room location was great; staff was very helpful

would have liked to have fitted sheets on the bed; also wi-fi without having to join Hilton membership club.

The children attending the reunion enjoyed the pool. The seating area in the lobby was a good place for all the family members to meet and enjoy visiting; as we seldom are able to all get together due to living in several states. The rooms were very comfort and the desk staff very friendly.

Had a family reunion of about 24 people (12 adults and 12 children). We made arrangements to eat in the bar/cafe area with good seating accommodations; but poor food service. The service was extremely slow and we were charged for the water ordered as a beverage. We were seated for 1 hour before our food began arriving at the tables. Several of the orders were not as selected and the total price was over $300.

Breakfast was good. Wifi was super fast for my business needs.

A little outdated as far as amenities.

Everything was great, except for your beds are not comfortable.

We didn't sleep well on your mattress, you beds are uncomfortable
