The suite was much larger than normal hotel rooms. It’s simple but newer and very clean. We would for sure stay again. Full kitchen and full washer and dryer. The staff was great. Although there isn’t a breakfast service, the attached coffee shop had a nice variety of breakfast and lunch items as well as great coffee. I was concerned that being in the college area would mean we were surrounded my noisy college kids but both nights it was very quiet.

There are 2 changes I would make. First, adding curtains or shades to the windows. The blinds gave privacy but the outdoor lights were still very bright in the bedrooms. Secondly, it would have been nice to have a toaster. Not critical, but helpful.

I love that the location is right across the street from Washburn University since our reason for being in Topeka was an event at Washburn. I had some issues with the booking.com app - it kept changing the dates when I was booking. As a result, the system changed my booking to the wrong date. However, Cary at Washburn Hotel fixed it for me and was exceptionally kind about it. I was traveling with my senior parents. I love that we could have separate sleeping spaces. It was nice not to be awoken by their snoring in the middle of the night. A washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, and iron/ironing board are provided. This was my second stay at Washburn Hotel and won't be my last.

I wish that pets were allowed. When I bring my entire family to Topeka for the weekend we have to book elsewhere so that we can also bring our small dog. (Bringing the family = no one at home to care for the dog.) An elevator would be helpful for elderly guests. There is no hair dryer provided.

We cooked dinner with the stove and provided pots and pans. We ate dinner at the nice table. The bathrooms are really clean and luxurious. And a tv in every room was cool. The balcony had a dope view. Oh I forgot we washed our clothes in the washer and dryer with the provided laundry pods. We cleaned the dishes in the dishwasher. These rooms really feel like home. These are perfect if you have a family or if you're solo dolo.

The room was excellent. It was two bedroom, 2 bath, with a living area, a dining area, kitchen and work area. Overall, it was about 800 square feet. It seems like it's designed for longer term visitors to Washburn U but we only stayed one night. Parking is right outside the door although we stayed on the third floor and it was a walk up. The price is about the same as for a mid grade hotel room elsewhere in town. It's also quite convenient to the local hospitals and the downtown. It's more like a boutique hotel at a budget price.

Not much. No breakfast but there were places nearby so not really a problem. Had to play around to get the TV working but once we had one running the other two were easy enough.

Your front desk employee Kelly was very informative and I called to see where they had me and I proceeded to as for a room with a view she got it done with no issues. When I arrived at the hotel after I was booked in she explained how everything worked and also informed me of places around the area. I will definitely be booking here again. Give a kudo's to Kelly it's hard to find good employees now a days I recommend you don't let get away. Thank you for making my visit stress free and enjoyable. I will be back another day very soon..Oh and one last thing the bed was very comfortable one of the best in all the places I have stayed

How I could hear doors slamming at odd times other than that it was a great visit.

The facilities are large and excellent value for the cost of the stay. The room was very clean and furnished with cozy and comfortable furniture. Staff displayed excellent customer care and was very responsive and flexible with changes in our check in date. I would highly recommend this establishment over other locations in town especially if your visit is for Washburn university business.

Due to the location, the apartment was very noisy at night.

I loved that I requested a bottom floor room, and they actually reserved one for me. The beds are really comfortable. Furniture is nice. Eazy check in. Friendly staff. LOTS of space. Parking close to the apartment. Coffee shop attached. Pizza across the street. You hear a little street traffic, but I brought ear plugs and slept GREAT (with the exception of Saturday night). Had everything you need.

I would have gave an exceptional rating of 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the 6 hour long fiesta in the parking lot on Saturday. Construction crew with music and trilling so loud we could not even hear the TV inside the apartment. I also found a beer bottle under my car tire the next morning. Then the people above us were blaring rap music until 3 am when I even called their room around 2 and asked them to turn it down.

Lots of room everyone had there on bathroom. I wish I could live for a apartment. We stayed in 3 bedroom. All rooms had tv even the front room. 9 1/2 for me as a grade. Be sure to go to suite and not the apartment across the street.

Just check on the side of the bed some trash from previous people left it. One of the remotes low battery for the tv. Then that great place.

Very clean room.

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Had me, 3 month old, 4 year old, and teen that had to bring all our things upstairs. Also the door frame was obviously broken into before, it was sturdy, but had me on edge with my family.

Staff was great. Arrived early evening and AC was not working in our suite. Staff moved us to another suite where AC was working well. Suite was spacious and very comfortable.

Just a couple of small things - One bathroom did not have a trash can or hand soap. Would recommend that for both bathrooms. Also, one bathroom only had one bath towel. We had a party of four and a total of three bath towels.
