The location is very convenient. Restaurants are close. Staff is helpful.

The booking site said it was pet friendly. I took that to mean it was o.k. to bring my dog to the facility. When I checked in, I found there was a 75 dollar fee for cleaning attached. The desk explained that it was for deep cleaning. Once again, having a third party to make a reservation might lead one to get bad information. If I went through the Hilton/Hampton site I probably would have encountered an agent I would have had a hard time understanding. Consider me an educated consumer in regards to pets and hotels.

The location was great. The first room we were in was awesome, but had no water pressure! We had to move to a smaller room with a much smaller bathroom. Disappointing. But here we were able to take a shower after our long bike ride- twice around Lake Shawnee! That was a pleasure. The young lady at the desk during the day was very professional and friendly even though there were several complaints about the water. Not her fault!

I included that above. We also liked the fitness center. A little small, but plenty of weights and equipment.

The hotel was wonderful! And the price was unbeatable. A really great stay!

The one and only thing that was a little bit annoying was the woman during breakfast who was scrolling down her social media with the volume really high, so everyone around had to listen to her memes and songs. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but I wish they would place a sign to avoid such an issue and talk to the person if this were ever to happen again.

Definitely stay in Hampton again. Pool was until 11p. Comfortable beds, pillows just okay

Staff not very friendly. Breakfast lady in particular. Could’ve put more omelets out when empty instead of waiting to be asked for more. Didn’t like that was called to pay for room when I had reserved already and wanted to pay at location.

It was big and overall was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size and made it easy to feel comfortable there. The breakfast was also fantastic, and it was free, included in the cost. This too made our lives that much easier and our stay that much sweeter.

It was a little dated and beat up. But the cleaning staff was always available and did a great job making it feel clean inspite if it.

TV remote did not work right, desk seemed to think sensor was in right place, I think batteries were low, was a pain all visit to even turn off on TV No hot tea packets in room for am, drink set up looked dusty, I did not use Lighting in room nit enough

Breakfast was pretty good. Not a huge variety, but what was there was good. Hot food was hot. Coffee was good. Very close to Cracker Barrel as you can walk easily from hotel. We went there for dinner.

It was a little hard to find a place to park, but the hotel was booked solid that night.

Great breakfast and staff was prompt and friendly.

The floors were a little dirty and the carpet in the rooms was a bit damp. Our feet got dirty so quickly walking around on the carpet without shoes or socks.

Location, cleanliness, 2 out of 3 staff and the bed, pillows, blankets, all the amenities were a great value! Mostly met my expectations

1 staff person seemed more like I was bothering him. Checked me in ok but he seemed generally disinterested. The noise- traffic sounded like it was right next to my window. The single pane glass was inadequate plus the widow seal was cracked so there was even more sound coming thru. Too bad, I really thought everything else was comfortable and a great value!

The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The beds were super comfortable.

When we got there the trash can had not been dumped and the cold water in the sink was just a small stream The breakfast was not very well stocked. It could use a little more variety.
