Pam was absolutely outstanding!! The room was clean and comfortable breakfast was very good. We will stay with you again.

The back door was having electrical problems and it was slightly inconvenient to have to walk around to the front door. However we really appreciate it when Pam saw struggling back there to get the door open and came and opened it from the inside. She is really a jewel; please keep her on your team.

My room was extra clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with lots of towels provided. I may have had a special room, because there were grab bars in the bathroom with a fold-down seat and a spray wand. Breakfast was great: Waffles with hot syrup, eggs, really good link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, and lots of flavors of Activia yogurt. The desk service was great. My view was a lovely field with pretty houses in the distance. Excellent stay!

Located close to freeways and food and Walmart with Sam's club. They are remodeling but the room was clean. Had a good breakfast. Staff was extremely nice.

Since it is close to the freeways it was pretty noisy but it slowed down as the night went on. We could hear our neighbors in their rooms and a barking dog in a room nearby.

The location of what we were going to do while there was perfect. Many things to do and close to other things. The pool, hot tub and continental breakfast was a plus. Everyone was very nice.

I saw spots on the floor where it was probably pet stains that were not clean. Nothing to do with you as a hotel but wow the taxes are crazy high compared to Wisconsin and I thought we were up there.

I really appreciated the micro and fridge. The room size was nice with a separate sink from the shower/ toilet, too. It was quiet, and the breakfast was awesome!

The pool was so green and murky that I couldn't see the bottom. That gave me some concern. We really wanted to use the spa, that water was much clearer.

Have stayed one night a week for several weeks now. The place is always clean. Staff is very friendly! Needed help with the TV and they came immediately to fix it. So impressed and very happy with my stay there

Can’t say anything was disliked at all. With the exception last week with tornado in surrounding areas. Staff handled this extremely professional.

Very nice breakfast, and very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable bed! Nice, spacious room, common areas, and refrigerator.

The hotel is undergoing remodeling, and I understand that the room carpeting - which is old - will soon be replaced. The staff was very helpful to explain this.

Good from the moment of arrival , clean public areas and very clean well kitted out room .good shower good a/c which was a big bonus topped out at 92f on our arrival night prior to a thunder storm , have no concerns about rebooking it was all good .

Rm 304, bed VERY comfortable. Liked the light switches - they were night lights in the off position. Breakfast was very good, a bit of everything including eggs and a meat. Menu was posted outside of the breakfast room the night before. Just an FYI, the king rooms we've stayed in had a shower, no tub. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Our king room had a soft chair and a desk chair.

Small thing, they provide shampoo in the room, but you have to ask for conditioner. Last time we stayed here, I had to go to the front desk to get it. This time it was late and we were tired so we skipped it. If you have long hair - a necessity. This is the only place I've stayed where it wasn't automatically provided. Next time I'll try to remember to ask for it at check in. Room was on the small side, but sufficient.

The mat in the shower did not stick very well and i slipped and fell and had to crawl out and use the toilet to get back up to finish my shower. I was not hurt thank goodness. i threw the mat out before getting back in. My husband reported this when checking out
