Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were nice and clean.

Pool was cold and chemical smell was terrible. Caused throat and nose irritation and sore throat in my daughter. My kids and I both were sneezing and had watering eyes. Also there is not a indoor pool, and a indoor heated pool. There is simply an indoor pool.

The room was amazing, the food was delicious. Staff was very kind.

We were on the third floor, and the people above us on Saturday night were stomping in their room most of the night, so we didn't get much sleep.

Nice hotel

Breakfast was aweful. No service. Not ready at publicized time. Gravy, no biscuits. Receptionist said they hadn't had breakfast staff for 3 days. Window glass in bedroom was broken.

Room was clean, breakfast was great and location was close to places I needed to be.

Not a complaint, I wasn’t going to use it.. but the pool was under construction at the time.

I loved the complementary continental breakfast. The pool was fun, I wish they had a hot tub. I loved the mattress, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The tv channel choices were good too...watching a movie on HBO was a great way to end my night.

Nothing I could think of...just that I wish they had a hot tub.

When going to the front desk I had to wait and then told just a sec when they saw me.

housekeeping did not clean room our entire stay. had to get fresh towels and toilet paper from front desk. other than that small inconveinece it was great. Possibly due to Covid restrictions. we were there 4 nights
