The hotel is a good value for the price and every staff member I dealt with was pleasant and professional. However there is some confusion with $10 food/drink credit. You have to specifically ask for the vouchers at the front desk and then show proof on your phone that you paid the $10 service charge because they aren't able to see on their front desk computers that you were charged the $10 fee through booking.com.

The public areas of the hotel are great, pool was clean and nice, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast is not included, it is a separate charge, not an problem if you know ahead but dont plan on a free breakfast. The rooms are dated and have some things that need repairs, but everything was clean and worked and was comfortable.

Property was nice the check in auditor was rude and condescending toward the way I booked my room through a third party she also made a statement she need to take a $50 deposit for damages I MAY CAUSE i am a 55 yo black career woman I felt discriminated against i asked for a receipt for the $50 i signed she got upset and said it was just for her record i stated i signed and paid may i please get a copy in then which she did To smooth it out the morning cashier for breakfast was excellent great customer service great public relations even though the check in was rough the over all stay and hospitality of the other staff were great

The location of the hotel was great! I liked that the hotel was located in the conference center I was working from and I could just walk. The room was spacious and the common area was well maintained.

I did not like that the rooms were outdated and a lamp in my room did not work. The bathroom and shower curtain were kind of gross. The couch in the room looks like it had been worn out and has been there for 50+ years.!

Enormous room!!!! Lots of counter space in the bathroom and a large fridge. Beautiful, grand lobby. The pool and gym looked nice.

The restaurant is only open in the morning. There is a bar in the lobby and that was closed, too. So there is an enormous central dining area that's just closed. I was under the impression these would be open, which is why I picked this hotel. I had just driven 8 hours and I was looking forward to relaxing at the hotel and having dinner and drinks. Instead I ate my roadtrip snacks.

Everything to like, luxury at a very decent price.

Surprise $75 pet fee. Usual fee for similar accommodation is between $20 and $30. The fee was not listed in the description and the staff did not respond to my inquiry. I paid the $75, because I was already there and ready to be in for the night. I think people with pets need to be informed of the amount ahead of time.

The breakfast bar had many choices to choose from and was good. However biscuits and gravy would have been nice, too! We really enjoyed the days that Michael M. was working. He got our coffee and juice and routinely checked on us to see if we needed anything. He was very friendly, funny, and joked with us like he had known us for a long time.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

It is connected to the event center which is extremely convenient. We also like the lounge area and the breakfast service.

We stay at this hotel for 4 nights during an event. The lounge area is a great place to gather and meet and mingle with other guests, but it closes too early.

The room was nice. The bathroom was good-sized and had a large a large vanity with plenty of space for personal care items. The bed was comfortable and had four pillows. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of variety to choose from.

Location was easy access in the center of Topeka. Hotel designed in same manner as Embassy Suites with the same functional layout, room and floor designs. Well appointed rooms, we receieved and executive upgrade room so had the added couch and chairs. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

No issues at all. Would highly recommend for anyone for a night or several.
