The hotel is in a convenient location and seems safe. The rooms are very nice with plenty of room for guests and luggage. Everything was clean and the luggage trolley was quiet.

The walls are thin and I could hear the family in the next room yelling. I can understand adults getting upset with each other, like how long it takes someone to get ready, but these adults were yelling at their children and dismissing the cries of an infant with curse words. I didn't like hearing these things. On a side note, the light bulbs for fixtures near the bed were out and I hope someone changes them.

When arriving at the hotel (we had just drove 14hrs) the young girl at the front desk was so sweet during our check in. We were so surprised by the size of our room! The couch and seating area allowed so much walking room for our family of 4. There was a full size closet that was perfect to put our suitcases in so we didn’t have them scattered around the room. We were here for a total of 4 days and it was a very comfortable stay! It was very clean, beds and sheets were clean. The hotel was also very quiet! We had an amazing experience!

Breakfast is from 7-10. By 8:45ish there were no more breakfast sandwiches, asked a staff member who was restocking (older lady) and she was very rude and said no that's it. The way she answered was just not nice at all. Before 10am they closed the kitchen down. There were other guests who did not get anything at all. Very unsatisfied with this. Other than this, hotel was great!!

New/modern. I don’t do old or remodeled hotels. I will pay for luxury.

My floor hasn’t been vacuumed. There were crumbs on floor. The pillows were terrible!!! Way too flat and crumpling. The sofa in room had spots on it. Housekeeping needs to spot clean for sure!! The breakfast was mediocre. Where’s the pancakes/waffles?!

We travel a lot and this one was top 3 rooms weve ever stayed in! Definitely the best hotel we've been to that didnt have an attached attraction. Classy, comfortable and healthy breakfast options. We loved staying here. I could smell how clean it was when we walked into the lobby.

Beautiful modern hotel with friendly staff. We arrive during a snowstorm and felt very welcome when we checked in. The guy at the counter suggested some dining places and we went with pizza. Was very good. Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly upon check-in. The rooms were clean and appeared fresh. Breakfast was available with a decent selection. The stations were clean, and the staff was attentive to checking to ensure they remained tidy and to refill.

The breakfast that was served no meat no toast i never ate a waffle in a wrapper need a better variety of breakfast. The elevator and pool area needs policed patio furniture needs some attention. But over-all nice areas just the cleanliness and the parking could really stand to be better

The hotel was fresh, new and beautiful. Staff when above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The rooms are very large with very comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast was good, location was great as well.

The in house beverages and snacks to purchase were a bit pricey but all hotels are.
